|Top route||Shenzhen to Shanghai Hongqiao Intl|
|Top airport||Guangzhou Baiyun|
Pros: Nothing comes to mind
Pros: Nothing stands out
Cons: Uncomfortably warm
Pros: The cabin crews professional, kind, and helpful attitude all the time during the flight.
Cons: 1- The boarding, was very late as well as the departure. 2- The captain’s departing and landing technique, I had a feeling the plane was going to dismantle due to his harsh landing!. 3- The food’s quality.
Cons: Baggage Claim
Pros: Yes, seats were very comfortable and crew members were extremely helpful
Cons: Everything was excellent.
Cons: Everything was excellent
Cons: No wifi otherwise was great
Pros: see SH to GZ prior flight. The same.
Cons: Same problems. Get KFC or McDonalds to cater. No one enjoys the airline's food which I suspect is prepared on a very small budget. Even a sandwich with a pre-packaged drink would elevate the foodservice.
Pros: No..no redeeming features..
Cons: Coffee was the worst I've ever had. The 2+1 powdered mil and coffee stick. Truly awful. But i suppose there aren't many people on the flight who would order coffee..I would even pay extra for a coffee if they had a quality option. Food is comparable to a school canteen. I would probably pay 20rmb for this in Shanghai. Frozen butter for the half-frozen bread. They really couldn't do worse...
Cons: Cancellation of Shenyang-Guangzhou flight on the same day was not notified in advance. I had to postpone the trip. I hope that this situation will be notified by phone next time. No matter what country's phone number is
Cons: Seats, crew, food.
Cons: Seats, crew, food.
Cons: Flight was cancelled and no one new what to do. Took me 48 hours to get home
Cons: Delay 2hours
Cons: Better food choices for Business Class passengers
Pros: Seat was great. Bedding good.
Cons: Meal service was rushed with all courses being delivered literally one after the other.
Cons: MORE water
Pros: Seat was great.
Cons: Food courses should be delivered slower. It’s a race to see how fast all the courses can be piled on to you .
Pros: Fast flight. Small layover
Cons: Entertainment system was broken, so no movies ☹️
Cons: food, though i liked breakfast (dim sum and fruits including guava)
Pros: The food was great--and a customer service agent helped me make a short transfer, walking me from gate to gate.
Cons: I was not able to check in on line the night before, which made me anxious.
Pros: Seat was comfortable and it was a huge plane there was little delay on order such as water or any thing.
Cons: Service inside the plane by the crew members!!
Cons: Flown business class 4 times with China southern. But their beds never lay completely flat. Always have a hump in the middle so I raise the back a bit to compensate
Pros: The dreamliner from JFK to China was a real pleasure the plane and crew were excellent food not really to my liking but ok,
Pros: Trip from JFK to Wuhan was a pleasure unfortunately flying to China has great problems if you are Transit passenger as Iowa's continuing to Bangkok Bangkok
Cons: lost baggage to Kathmandu
Pros: The crew from jfk to Guangzhou were not nice. The crew from Guangzhou to jfk were nice.
Cons: I had another trip with the same route and same airline in August. I had only two meals from Guangzhou to jfk.
Pros: Air hostesses Jean was excellent. Flew on time and no turbulence whatsoever..!
Pros: My seat request was granted.
Pros: The seats were soso. But the crew members were pretty good
Cons: They need a bugger plane
Basic airline without perks or extras
Pros: I arrived at my destination.
Cons: The food was not very good. Amenities such as toothbrush or mouthwash should be available on long haul flights.
Pros: clean and new plane with enough rrom for decent comfortable
foos was ok, fish dish was a bit too salty.
Pros: timing is good. provide me enough time to do connecting flight from wuhan to jfk
Cons: check through from bangkok to jfk automaticlly. it would be so confusing if i didnt have help from flyer who knew how to connect flight. this was my first to wuhan airport. i had to lwait for my lugage then go thru custom for tempolary visit visa from custom then go check in myself and my lugage again at the airline counter. not convenient at all.
Pros: Easy boarding. Pleasant crew. Airport staff helpful and assigned preferred seat type.
Cons: Unable to checking online. Airline telephone customer service could not resolve. Had to checking at airport.
Cons: One of the flight attendants seemed a bit snappy when talking to passengers who had questions.
Pros: The attendents work so fast, it was so amazing and they always have a smile on there face.
Pros: The crew was amazing and food was good.
Pros: Outstanding Crew Service! Very attentive to passengers
Cons: Improve Ear Phones given to Business Class Passengers. Overall quality of units r cheap looking. Sound quality is also exceedingly mediocre
Pros: Wouldn’t know as this passenger was not on the flight as he was killed June 2 and the ticket was supposed to have been canceled.
Cons: Passenger, Damon Barksdale was not on this flight as he was killed June 2, 2019
Cons: As far as I could tell my son, Damon Barksdale booked this flight through Just Fly. He was killed June 2 in a car accident. I canceled this flight about july 2zIt has been painful and emotionally frustrating to be reminded so many times about his final trip which was to China.
Pros: Overall good
Cons: Terrible meal. Beef is tough. You cannot chew If off. Worst ever that I have ever had.
Cons: From Baiyun (CAN) to SFO, the lunch - rice and stir-fry beef. The beef is the lousy part, which you cannot chew off. The airline staff probably never ate these meals. They do not know. Just check the leftover from the box and you will see - no one finishes the beef dish. It’s the worst in-flight meal
Pros: Excellent sleeper seat in business class. Good food. Good service. On time departure and on time arrival.
Cons: no suggestions
Pros: Seats were comfortable. Crews were super
Cons: More recent Hollywood movies and better headsets. While i was in alsaka i was given free internet by txting trough social media. I think it would be better if you could provide free internet for long flights.
Pros: Being in economy seats for 12+ hours could have felt more cramped, because I'm a big guy. However, there was adequate space as long as the kid in the next seat has had adequate parenting. (That was a problem, but I can't blame that on the airline.) The flight attendants were helpful and friendly.
Cons: As others have said, the food wasn't great. It's kind of a cross between Chinese and western fare, but it's edible. Also, the economy seats were a little hard. I sat on my memory foam neck cushion to give my butt a break.
Pros: The crew was amazing. The seat was very comfortable, leg room is spacious.
Cons: The movie selection is kind of old
Pros: It was a nice flight ✈️
Pros: I liked that the crew were very attentive and smiling.
Cons: The flight was bad because of the passengers who had no sense of personal space.
Pros: Price was really good. The information on App to find the location reminding the trip ... is fine too.
Cons: Food and seat were not that much fine.
Pros: Helpful friendly staff serving on a clean, modern plane, with meal service on even two hour (international) flight. Great value.
Cons: Most flight attendants have only limited English ability, but it’s enough for basic communication. Very friendly and helpful in Chinese though!
