Air Asia is a favourite of mine. Well run, good planes, great staff and great value.
Cons: I wish I was told my ticket did not include a meal upfront.
Pros: Quick , professional boarding . Smoth take off and landing
Cons: Baggage unload time
Cons: Seat pitch is low for anyone who is tall. Even though you pay extra money for rows 6-12 you end up boarding last.
Cons: Flight attendant presentation (uniforms were not very high quality)
Pros: Boarding was fast, aircraft clean
Cons: Crew wasn't just unfriendly, they were really rude!
Cons: We were delay for 2 hours, no communication, no apology or compensation.
Pros: stewards helped us with all our baby bags
Cons: not chewing on my knees for 4 hours would have been nice
Pros: Boarding time and departure time very good. Easy and fast check in
Cons: Delay one hour
Pros: The aircraft arrived late but the crew did an excellent job to turn the aircraft around fast and we ended up being early into Denpasar. Well done!
Cons: Not much to be honest? I value on time departures and this crew did everything they could to get back onto schedule.
Pros: Air asia always ok
Pros: Landed early
Pros: Sat grounded for 1 hour,
Cons: Service
Cons: horrible
Cons: Good
Pros: Great experience
Pros: Well so far i uded airasia 3 times and always on time
Pros: AirAsia is a crooked airline. We had to pay Singapore$120 to check in two pieces of cabin luggage at the airport because we HONESTLY declared they were over 7kg each. On board the aircraft most passengers had cabin luggage which most definitely exceeded 7kg. NEVER again AirAsia.
Cons: Stop overcharging for every f...g thing if not booked ahead. Add it all up a regular airline is cheaper. Dont abuse your network and schedule. You will never get be back to fly you.
Pros: N/a
Cons: N/a
Decent for a short domestic flight
Pros: The airline was okay and pretty much on time. I think they are one of the safest to travel on in Indonesia after Garuda Indonesia.
Cons: Super old aircraft, it was very dirty including the seats and tray table. I didnt feel like touching it. There was no entertainment whatsoever.
Delayed Delayed
Pros: Again Delayed
Cons: Missed appointment delayed as usual
Pros: Clean and crew
Cons: 2.5 hour delay. Not worth it.
Cons: I didn’t think there was an airline worse than the budget U.S. domestic carriers until I found AirAsia. Not worth even the low cost. I had a horrible check-in experience at both airports I flew from with them, charged for every little thing, no in-flight entertainment, and the flight crew was yelling at the passengers. Never again!
No flight, no confirmation
Cons: It would have been great to have a confirmation that you received our request before the day of departure. We thought the booking did not get through so we booked another company. We ended up losing the money for that ticket. We could not reach kayak and AirAsia, in their policy doesn’t cancel anything. I don’t know who was supposed to send us the confirmation but the money is gone
Met all my expectations
Pros: Plane was very clean and crew professional. I thought we would be late leaving, but ground crew turned plane around quickly in Bandung.
Cons: Book your extras before the flight. 20kg bag for $15 and package lunch for about $6. It cost about $50 to add a bag at the airport.
Cons: I got stuck in traffic and missed my flight from lAX to Singapore, so I called Kiwi right away, and they wouldn’t rebook me. If there is anyway you can help I would appreciate it so much!!!
Overpriced overhyped airline
Pros: It arrived on time
Cons: Very snel legroom, no included food, no free water, no inflight entertainment
Pros: Price and clean plane.
Cons: Baggage fees
Refunds?
Cons: You booked us a flight with only an hour layover in Singapore. I feel you should have known that changing airlines in Singapore requires a 3 hour layover as you must claim your baggage at the baggage claim, go through customs, change terminals, re-check your bag and then go through security again. All this being said we missed our flight and had to purchase new tickets! What are you going to do to make this up to us as it’s our honeymoon?
On board Indonesia AirAsia flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x36x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Indonesia AirAsia assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
