Two hours late - lack of communication on why or how long.
Pros: "The service, comfort. Flight was 20 minutes early, our luggage came out quickly. This was the first flight for us on the dream airline in business. It was fantastic."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated."
Cons: "Food could be better and cabin and bathroom cleaned more thoroughly."
Pros: "Super smooth flight, flight attendants were incredibly friendly and hospitable"
Pros: "Quantas Entertainment app was great!"
Cons: "Quantas seems to have frequent gate changes. You have to pay attention. No WiFi in terminals despite posted signs."
Cons: "I told Nicole that my sound wasn’t working and I had tried with 3 different headsets. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not good enough for the price you pay for Qantas. I travel with qantas all the time and have never received service like this."
Pros: "Friendly, funny and personable staff. Make you feel very welcome."
Cons: "A couple of the stewards had really strong cologne."
Pros: "Food was nice, could have been a little bigger. Staff were friendly ... well, except one lady."
Cons: "expected to need the Qantas entertainment app, so didn't pick up headphones from the terminal before departure. However, it was an older plane with seat back TVs (and less choice)."
Pros: "Crew were really good. Had lactose allergy but no meals available for me onboard. Couldn't get to a resolution as we were unsure on ingredients but crew did everything they could. Were very friendly about whole thing"

Cons: "Was not impressed with the seat armrests...but it was my first time on the dreamliner...usually fly airbus and sleep like a top !Would also prefer not to have to do customs till I reached Adelaide but thats just a minor quibble."
Cons: "Air Berlin went bankrupt and we lost our money. Three canceled our flight."
Pros: "Nothing. Connecting flight cancelled."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled by airline three weeks prior but no one told me so I could re-book in time . Talked to 4 different service reps and a supervisor on 4 different occasions. Was told "no refunds, no re-books." Poor customer service."
Cons: "Return flight was cancelled the day before we left. Representative at Air Berlin was very rude, sarcastic, unhelpful and unapologetic. Stated that we would not receive a refund because that is not their policy. Had to scramble to find a return flight. Can understand why they are bankrupt."
Pros: "Zero, horrible experience"
Cons: "They changed my flight, waited 12 hours in airport only to find out they changed my second one. Ended up renting a car, driving across Germany from Munich to Berlin overnight and caught a connection in the morning. What should have been 5 hours travel including the layover took 31 hours with no compensation or refund. Absoulutely brutal customer service."
Cons: "we had a connecting flight from USA thru dusseldorf to milan. when we landed, we had a 2 hour wait. we sat near the desk and waited for 3 hours. when we asked the AirBerlin people what happened to our flight, they said, "it left an hour ago and we called you." which was blatantly NOT true. 3 people sitting nearby, and all 3 did not hear any announcements in a very quiet lounge??? to add to the insult, they made us pay the equivalent of the full price from USA to milan just for the dusseldorf/milan part!! and when we tried calling the customer service line, we were on hold for 1.5 hours!!"
Cons: "The previous flight (also airberlin) got delayed so I had to rush to catch this flight. I ran the entire way to the gate and made it just in time. I was anxious a good portion of the trip."
Pros: "The service and amenities were good."
Cons: "The flight was delayed. Did not leave until almost two hours later. Since the first leg of he flight was delayed, they booked us on another connecting flight. That connecting flight had a later departure time than the boarding pass and then it was delayed another hour and a half. And the boarding gate was changed and never announced. If we didn't go to customer service desk, would have never found out about gate change. What we were supposed to arrive at our destination at 10am ended up being close to 5pm."
Pros: "The flight itself was fine, small plane though, strange to still be flying a prop plane, especially with that many people."
Cons: "Had to be bussed from the terminal to the plane, then we were held on the bus out on the tarmac in the Florence heat until they could finally let us off, but then we couldn't take our carryons on board with us, we had to hand them over."
Pros: "If you have to go a long distance, this is the way to do it (unless you can afford business class). The crew was very professional and personable, the food was good and I got to watch 4 episodes of my favorite TV show as well as a movie. I could even take a nap."
Cons: "The folks at the intake counter were not too friendly & became impatient when I had a problem (which I maintain shouldn't have been a problem in the first place -- I have to believe the first fellow I encountered was wrong.) I intend to follow up on the issue ASAP."

Why is it so hard for Jetstar to get boarding a plane correct? In this current environment why have everyone on the plane early to just sit on the plane while they work out where their boarding system went wrong resorting to using a hand held counter to check numbers on the plane Having everyone on the plane for longer than necessary is very annoying then when arriving at the destination it takes 1/2 for ground crew handling baggage to get the bags out again this creates issues with keeping people in confined spaces longer than necessary
Cons: "plane was over an hr late due to tire needing changing. Staff we unapologetic about it."
Cons: "The seat leg room is getting smaller and smaller. You can't put your seat back- you'll crush the person behind! And I'm short!!"
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding at AVV Airport."
Cons: "Seats were slightly uncomfortable but fine for short flight. There was no entertainment. The crew could have been more enthusiastic."
Cons: "Flight was almost 2 hours late. Short flight ended up being over 2 hrs as landing conditions were not suitable and plane had to keep hovering around the airport for a long time before it was cleared to land. Crew was very nice. Seats very roomy in economy."
Pros: "Security was super fast. Boarding was straight forward."
Cons: "Jetstar baggage policy is, as most know, annoying. 7 kg limit on carry on bags or else you have to pay for extra “weight allowance.” Quite annoying since I can’t very well weigh my bag at home and it really changes nothing. You still bring the bag on the pla e. You just have to pay extra"
Cons: "No thrills airline. Pay for any extras (snack, drink) no entertainment"
Cons: "I learned that JetStar was the cheapest option for a reason. Check-in at Narita was a nightmare. Without any luggage to check it was over 1.5 hour wait just to check in."
Pros: "Leg room was sufficient, boarding fast and plane next to new"
Cons: "Luggage limits- but that’s life!"
Cons: "No room and EVERYTHING was an extra charge---we didn't even get water without a charge."
