Cons: We were delayed for 2 hours and 20 minutes flew into a storm, circulated in circles in the air for 30 mins, landed and had to wait for 3 HOURS inside the play due to lightning. If we left on time this would not have happened. Wort 12 hours of my life ever spent in an airport/plane. WILL NEVER FLY JETSTAR EVER AGAIN!!!

Pros: unexpectedly about an hour into the flight an announcement came over the loudspeaker. It was something like this : Attention Attention please pull on your oxygen mask when it drops and place it firmly over your mouth and breathe calmly. I was shocked and everyone that I could see looked shocked. Then nothing. It was the announcement that you never want to hear when on an aeroplane. About 5-10 minutes later another announcement that it was an error and a wrong button had been pushed. It certainly was the wrong button to push.

Cons: vegetarian meal was a small side salad and soggy. this over lunchtime so was a disgrace for business class

Pros: The actual flight on Virgin Australia was great! The comfort level for economy was especially surprising and very nice.

Cons: The transfer in between flights was very hectic and they couldn't find my ticket on my Delta transfer. This happened because they e-mailed the week before trying to change my itinerary but then clearly didn't let Delta know so there was definitely confusion and I missed my original transfer. That aspect was frustrating, but the flight itself was LOVELY.

Cons: Crew asking borderline rude questions, e.g., didn’t you hear...

Pros: After we finally got checked in after standing in line (1.5hrs), due to the previous night's storms (& finally had to argue with staff, after they had already announced final check in)- everything else went off without a hitch. The flight operated- a plus when compared to my two previous JetStar bookings.

Cons: I organization of staff who had told us at "we would be fine" in the line we were in- only to be hurried to the "final check in desk" and have the staff there tell us to get back in line.

Pros: Will never fly Jet Star again!!

Pros: Efficient staff, plane was half empty so could lay across the seats & sleep.

Pros: Good ticket price.

Cons: They charge $60 per checked bag at check-in, and weight limits on carry-on luggage are unreasonably low.

Pros: We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early which was too soon to check in. Instead of making us wait, the Jetstar attendant offered us an earlier flight. Very accommodating and thoughtful! Thanks so much Jetstar!

Cons: The flight left late. It just made it to landing in Sydney before an electrical storm shut down the airport. If the flight had left on Tim e it would have made it to Sydney before the shut down. We spent 3 hours in the plane on the Sydney tarmac.

Cons: Baggage fees. Website. I tried for days to prebook bags. It kept coming g back with msg. Session expired. Go back. I did this several times finally gave up. Cost me $100 at airport. I had flown Virgin three days before and had baggage included. Wil fly them or Quantas next time.

Pros: They charged $94 for a bag at the airport. It is NOT CLEAR on Kayak that you have to book baggage ahead or face STEEP charges.

Cons: Jetstar cancelled my New Years Day flight on the evening of New Years Eve “due to crewing requirements.” It was a blessing-in-disguise because it forced me to fly Virgin for the first time. Not only was my last-minute Virgin ticket cheaper than Jetstar, I didn’t have to pay the ridiculous extra baggage fees Jetstar charges, and a meal with alcohol was included in my flight. Virgin all the way!
