Pros: I loved my seat that I paid extra for, that is until they moved two big men next to me.

Cons: Delayed almost an hour. Landed and had to wait in another queue to get off the plane. Been waiting 15 minutes on the runway. This is really ruining the only holiday weekend I get for months.

Cons: Flying on 8 Jan is a time when there a lot of holiday makers heading home or perhaps just going on holiday. Lots of young children and a baby crying right behind me wasn't the most relaxing but I realise that nothing can be done about that.

Cons: Filthy toilets at the beginning of the flight. If they were ever cleaned they didn’t get behind the toilet or the walls. The walls stained with something dripping. Paint peeling in toilet. No room at all. I am small and with seat in front pushed back I couldn’t move.

Pros: ENTERTAINMENT. ONE STAFF MEMBER DID HER BEST TO LOOK AFTER ME DUE TO THE TERRIBLE SEATING ISSUES.
Cons: I REQUESTED AND WAS GIVEN A WINDOW EXIT SEAT AS I AM TALL. THE SEAT HAD NO WINDOW AND HAD A HUGE EXIT BARRIER IN FRONT OF ME SO IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO PUT MY SHOES BACK ON BECAUSE I WAS IN AN EXIT ROW. A DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBER SAID IT DIDNT MATTER

Cons: No issues with the flight itself or crew however the flight was rescheduled after booking from 11.45am departure to 8.35pm (then urther delay of 30m on day).

Cons: We arrived 3_ hours early to check in for a 12-22 flight but had to stand in line much longer than necessary because passengers who arrived late for flights that were departing were checked in before we were. We understand that the airline is trying to check in passengers for departing flights so they can leave on time but they need a better system to avoid penalizing passengers who follow the rules. Our flight was delayed 90 minutes, causing us to potentially miss our connection in LA. We were not provided any information in flight or immediately upon getting off the flight to calm our worries about missing the connecting flight. So we stood in customs and immigration lines hoping to make it. Only after we collected our luggage, were we told that we had been rebooked on another flight from LA to DC (our final destination). We could have been given that information in flight or at least when we got off the plane to avoid being stressed in customs and immigration. The airline needs a much better way to handle delays for passengers who are going to miss connecting flights.

Cons: Flight was late, snack was not nearly as nice as on my previous trip (little crunchy snacks instead of cheese & crackers), they didn't want to serve hot drinks but offered no caffeinated substitute (in my opinion, if they are going to halt hot beverage service due to turbulence, they should offer free soft drinks instead, or at least free beer & wine since that would have been offered anyway if the flight had been on NSW time). Nothing major, just not as great as my previous experience with this airline.

Cons: I purchased MoveMe to allow me to change to an earlier flight if my schedule changed. It did, and I arrived at the airport over an hour before the earlier flight was due to depart. I attempted to use the MoveMe option at the check in Kiosk and discovered it is not available at the kiosk. On speaking to a ground staff member, she advised that I was in plenty of time to move to the earlier flight, she confirmed that on a recent print out there were quite a few seats available and I simply had to go to the Service Desk.... which had a queue of approx. 8 people. Unfortunately, it took approx 20 mins to get served and it was now too late to get on the flight. If Tigerair are not resourced to efficiently manage face to face service then the MoveMe option must be available through the kiosk. This was an incredible waste of my time with well over 2 hours spent at the airport.

Cons: We were delayed for 2 hours and 20 minutes flew into a storm, circulated in circles in the air for 30 mins, landed and had to wait for 3 HOURS inside the play due to lightning. If we left on time this would not have happened. Wort 12 hours of my life ever spent in an airport/plane. WILL NEVER FLY JETSTAR EVER AGAIN!!!

Cons: Really small plane. They placed my 6’8 husband in a regular row, when there were 2 bulk head and 1 exit row seat available. The “meal” = 3 half sandwiches - mayo & tuna (smelled through the cellophane wrapper) and a bottle of water. No entertainment. LOST MY LUGGAGE! Yuck. Avoid Jet Star.

Cons: Drastically different bag weight requirements than my connecting flight meant I had to shuffle everything around to meet the carry-on limits, then pay $100+ as my check bag went up two levels. Even anticipating this, it still cost double what I was expecting; must have been the difference between advance payment and day-of rates, but the degree of difference in cost left me feeling swindled.
