This is not what I paid 6000 dollars for this seems like a joke. The lounge was pitiful with one shower for 100s of women. The food was scarce at best. There was curry, pasta and beef. What if someone was on a diet and allergic to stuff in the curry? I couldn’t eat anything there. I really would like a refund even a partial refund.

The only thing plus on this flight was the crew. They made me feel welcome and took care of me on the flights. The biggest issue is that business class always boards first on all airlines. There needs to be separate doors for business and premium class to enter. I had to wait over 40 minutes for economy to be boarded. I didn’t pay 5000 dollars to wait. The other issue not enough food choices , no sandwiches or snacks in between - what the hell. I would never travel this airline again.

Roomy seats and crew is pleasant. Vegi food can be a lot better in terms choices. Inflight entertainment needs to have more options especially for 13+ hour flight. Very nice and warm blankets and seats are roomy than other A350 aircraft’s. Swift boarding and crew is pleasant to deal with.

Boarding had poor communication. Passengers didn't get clear directions to prepare for Boarding. The plane was an older model which had some issues with operating the seats (the staff was great). Due to age the seat cushions were compressed and less comfortable than expected.

Better connections, much better cabin crews, much cleaner aircraft than Qantas, American and probably others.

Fiji Business Class was value for money. Would do again for a long haul flight.

Staff was very helpful, polite, efficient. Food was excellent. Business class seat very comfortable.

We recently flew on FIJI AIRLINES, what a breath of fresh air! From their customer service at the ticket counter/ Baggage check to the flight attendants on the plane! When I bought the tickets they were the least expensive too! I took a picture of one of the flight attendants scoop up a very fussy baby and walk her around the plane, to give her parents a break. I would love to submit, but don’t know how. Meals were great, also complimentary beer and wine was a pleasant surprise!

The business class seat was not very comfortable . Fortunately it was a short flight

check-in at sydney was a bit disorganized. one well-dressed woman appeared to be in charge, staring at others who were not ready and checking in passengers. one person at business class check-in, was sarcastic and only mentioned the gate assignment, no bother to mention the lounge access etc... the crew on board was stellar. so polite, helpful and respectful. the meals were great, endless beverages, and the a350 is spectacular with the seat/bed, amenity kit, television, bedding, headphones. first time flying fiji airways- honolulu- fiji-sydney, and sydney-fiji-los angeles, all in business class. their fares are much more affordable than other carriers. hopefully, one day, they will use a widebody aircraft from honolulu- fiji, since it is a nearly 7-hour flight and the 737-max 8, although comfortable, would be better with a widebody plane.

Very good it will be my choice of airline while in Australia.

Flight cancelled due to broken seat. $8 refreshment voucher barely bought a coffee. 3 hours to next flight. Also then delayed.

There were no food or entertainment on this short flight. Friendly staff even before getting on the flight. The seats were snug but it was quick flight

Good flight. On time. No problems. Plane was clean. Service was as you would expect. However nothing special, just a good flight.

They didn’t sent my luggage I got it 24 hours later

I liked everything about the experience but would have liked some free snacks!

Great flight - on time, lovely staff. I’ll always have the same complaint and essentially it’s the limited food options for people who are celiac. But that’s all airlines !

X class seats in row 3 with the new configuration are very poor in fact I feel 3B and 3E should no longer be considered as X class seat as there is no forward seat pocket available to these seats and greatly reduced leg room due the intrusion of the business class armrests/table module

Seats seem to be shrinking … full plane is not a comfortable ride at all!

Have to pay for food and drinks. Inflight entertainment wasn't working.

It was ok, but not what it was like 20 years ago

My experience was great overall. Tanya was particularly friendly and helpful the entire trip. I was very pleased with her customer service skills. The plane was an older aircraft but the entire way was comfortable with barely any turbulence at all. Qantas should speed up its fleet renovation. Totally recommend using this airline.

Very good as always, stand out airline. The passengers whom choose to stuff baggage that otherwise should be checked-in is a real bother but that's not the airlines doing. A real frustration that passengers just don't want to check-in luggage. This is a pet hate unfortunately.

I got upgraded from economy to business, and the experience was outstanding

It was very nice. I will try to fly with Qantas whenever I can.

The flight was good, long obviously but smooth. The seats are pretty small, definitely notice a difference for long haul compared to Emirates or Cathay Pacific it’s more like medium haul seating for space. Food options were good, children’s meals were good for my fussy 3yo.

It’s a very long flight and there are so many people on board. Perhaps a warm washcloth now and then to freshen up

The staff we fantastic and seemed to work very well with each other

Better food, hotter coffee, otherwise it was a very smooth and reasonably comfortable flight.

IFE didn't work. Wifi didn't work but they eventually managed to reset it. Our original flight was cancelled, so rebooked onto new flight seated apart from travel partner.

A good standard flight, a little delayed, on the return flight, comfortable during cruise hour. The food was tasty, the tea pleasant, standing in the rain, on Launceston tarmac, was stupidity. Just delay the exit from the airplane, don’t have us standing around, while another plane slows its propellers. That’s common sense, but overall comfortable, clean toilet, good legroom, I paid for that, last on, first off, get a front row seat.

Smooth flight with great staff shame about the hard seats

Cabin crew were really good. Flying in to Perth from Adelaide on domestic flight. The arrival for wheel chair use however has no air bridge provided. Unloading meant a scissor lift. Otherwise a good service.

Knees in back from passenger behind, limited seat pockets, no entertainment.

Improved experience over our last years flight when also we flew local but on an international scheduled flight. The double processing is still unwelcome i.e. by security and then by border force having to produce a licence and boarding pass repeatedly on departure and return. Obviously suits the airline rather than the local traveller. The flight and crew were good though a helper on return was offhand having to push the wheel chair did the bare minimum we felt.

The flight was delayed by 2 hours but the Jetstar crew were fantastic.

Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.

Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.

Boarding was easy and unstressful, though the early "final call" was a bit off-putting. The crew were pleasant, and the seats were comfortable. The prices for food and drink were reasonable, apart from tea and coffee, where simple percolated coffee was charged at espresso prices. Deboarding was OK, though some Jetstar passengers appear to have a bad habit of pushing forward from their assigned rows, making it more difficult to get out for passengers that have paid a premium to sit up-front. Jetstar might want to look to address this to stop it from spreading.

It was cancelled, second flight in a month. Jet star are dead to me
