Pros:The staff is always hospitable. I was pleased that they left a snack for me even when I was sleeping because when I wake up I was hungry. I also like the disposable toothbrush and paste provided. And bathrooms on the flight were clean, unlike some other airlines.
Cons:The movie selection was not as good this time as my previous flight with Philippine Airlines, but not a big problem.problem

Cons:Terrible transfer facility in Manila. Poor security staff with bad attitudes. Poor and inadequate waiting areas
