I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go
I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.
This airline is full of junk fees. After paying to get my kids to sit with me, we were asked at the gate to check in our roller bags and pay $40 for each one. Peruvian passengers all took their roller bag in the plane. I don’t appreciate airlines who spot the gringos to tax them more.
Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.
We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.

Crowded flight, but upbeat and kind crew. Pilot greeted us at door, flight attendant thanked a number of “special” passengers for their business, another addressed an eight-year old boy as “young man.” United obviously trying to up their game, but though all of that is nice and notable, flying still feels like moving along a human assembly line, being herded into one small space after another (boarding areas with too few seats, planes with limited personal space, shuttles (IAD) packed too full.
Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
First, the bathroom was horrible. 2 bathroom stalls at a gate and no soap to wash our hands. We were sitting at the gate for an hour before they decided to check our particulars. The line was long. Boarding was chaotic. Once we boarded, we were put on the bus in the rainy and forced to stand like sandwiches in the bus. All this occurred on Christmas Day.
I think it would have been better to get a heads up to download the app before getting on the plane as I only had wifi in the airport and didn’t realize the plane was an older one. Maybe a little more communication before hand would be lovely. The seats as always were crammed and uncomfortable and trying to convince people to spend an extra 150 so that we have an extra foot of leg room was less then ideal.

Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.
Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.
We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun
I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.
Overall pleasant was delayed and caused transportation issue when landing
The flights from Tri-Cities to Charlotte are always on planes that are too old and too small
All the British airways staff were very helpful and friendly. Every thing was very smooth running from checking in boarding and arriving 40 minutes early. Which is a brilliant start to your holiday.
American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.
The flight attended didn't ask one everyone in our party if they wanted a drink or snack. The one attended appeared to hate her job which is the one that attended to us.
Flight was delayed due to crew not being there, besides that it was a normal flight.
Help was available but timing was bad in my case
Flight was canceled and then rescheduled on another flight. Paid for first class but moved to the back of the plane. Then put up in the worst/dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. American Airlines should be ashamed of putting their passengers/customers in a place that filthy.
