Pros: Very courteousCons: Could have variety of refreshments other than coffee.
Pros: NothingCons: They overbooked and did not have my room. They did not call me. When I called them they set up another reservation at a similar hotel. That room was also not available! They then sent me to a third hotel under renovation. It was quite aggravating.
Cons: I knew the hotel was dated, but we just needed a place to rest on a long drive. It was very dirty and in disrepair. The lock on the door was very hard to lock because it was not installed properly.
Clearly the owners are trying to make the units more appealing. New door knocks, new tv, new toilet and clean. Overall, the units are old and shopworn.Pros: It was inexpensiveCons: Very old. Seemed to be in an undesirable part of town
Pros: Convenience to Proving GroundsCons: Bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan, office was rarely staffed (had to use phone to summon help), no coffee machine in room, poor water pressure in shower, will not use this place on my next visit. I learned that you get what you pay for.
The motel is a little older but it seems well maintained and it was clean, we were very happy with the way were treated.Pros: After we arrived and checked in we went to are room and there were two twin beds we had paid for a queen, we went back to the office and the lady working the desk upgraded us to a king room and took care of the problem.Cons: Nothing, it was a very good time.
