Improve aircraft infrastructure.
There should be a separate line for persons traveling with kids.
Kayak customer service is non existent.
Kayak doesn't even know that the flight was canceled. Kayak does not have any customer service, well they theoretically have one, but nobody responds. Beware of using Kayak for booking your ticket.
Onboard wifi and improved interiors would be appreciated for economy passengers.

The long lines and not enough staff at check in
Air craft was in terrible shape. Check in process was a mess. Very slow and in efficient. Security check to the gate was super slow. Two people weee assigned to the same seat. The seat chart during online check in was incorrect. So the seat I picked or asked for was not what it I wanted and ended up with. Air India really needs to be improved, very sad shape. Only reason to pick this airline was the route- direct flight from SFO to Bangalore.
I missed my flight from amritsar to delhi . It was a connecting flight. I reached delhi straight . They charged me $400 for missing the flight .
The check in was efficient and courteous. There was a delay but not the airline's fault. My seat - paid extra for it - in the Y Class of economy - had no working entertainment system. The meal table was broken. After a half hearted attempt to fix the entertainment system, I was told SORRY...these are old aircraft, what to do....well for one thing, slash the prices. I paid almost $3500 for an economy ticket and that;s the service I got.
The crew was not helpful at all The TV wasn’t working The table was broken The seat was wobbly
I liked that they got me to my destination in one piece. The air staff were nice. Other than that it was a horrible experience. One segment was cancelled without notice. Next segment delayed by 13 hrs. No one picks up phone calls. Rude and incompetent ground agents. They don't care about stranded passengers. Old dirty aircraft. Non working seats and displays. Never flying Air India
Short flight. Very good food.
The seats were uncomfortable. They didn't have much variety in entertainment. All old movies.
Immigration in Delhi, food, tv screen and headphones, and seats all could have been better
Check in, food, entertainment, tv screen and headphones could have been better
Safety on flight was good. Food can be better , need more space . Plane is very tight
The seats were good but the screen was not working for most of the passengers. There was no fruit juices served. They even forgot to give me my meal. I asked for a face mask, they said will check and no one came back to me with an update. To an aged lady they told to stand up, come out and grab the cold drink by herself instead of serving her on the seat.
Good response from Airindia staff
This time flight was on right time without delayed
Good Food. Entertainment not enough choices
Everything was good except no entertainment related stuff was working
Crew service was good. But old flight, broken seats made 17 hours journey uncomfortable.
Most of the entertainment centers did not work. Seats don't recline.
Poor customer service and i saw the hair on food,i reported about it,I’ll never take Air india on future
Excellent booking online, seating could be better
Luggage missing 😒😒
Every time i come through air india , I always missed my luggage. Right now my one bag is in Ahmedabad 😪😪
Food quality and quantity is poor
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
