first class seats were dramatically less comfortable than competing airlines. we also had to wait 40 minutes to find a gate which is unnaceptable.
The flight was over crowded. The flight attendants kept bumping me and a cup was dropped on my head. The passengers where fighting and arguing. The ride was kind of bumpy.
On time, clean comfortable cabins, pleasant, friendly crew. A pleasure…
They missed me from the very short food service. Luckily a quick flight
We were denied checkin tonight for being 38 min early for the flight, not 40. We would’ve been 48 min early, but Alaska moved our hours-delayed flight up 10 min while we were in line. Agents were so rude, refused to help any of us (there were many of us). Will never fly Alaska again.
Seats aren’t very comfy.
Short flight-no food offered( cheese plate). Overall, great flight-will take again.
On time, clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Thank you!
Nothing
Crappy first class
My app said that our flight was at 1:15 and boarding would start at 12:35. They started boarding at 12:20 and we started taxi’ing at 1:05. The app never changed so I was glad I got there earlier. I always wiped down my seat with Clorox wipes even before Covid. You just never know when they were last cleaned and who sat there. I used 3 wipes that ALL turned black with dirt. (I have photos to prove it! I felt so dirty the entire flight. I wore a scarf on my head to avoid touching the seat. It was nasty sitting there for 5 hours thinking about wanting to burn my clothes
More than 2 hours wasted in plan
Very tight connection in Seattle. Too bad because that would have been far better than Juneau for breakfast or foid in general. Our long layover was in Juneau.
The flight attendant was quick to action when I told her I was having a sugar low as I'm diabetic. She gave me extra cups of juice and snacks.
Crew was very attentive and professional.
Easy flight. Left on time. Arrived prime. Crew was informative when we hit turbulence.
It was a good flight just I wasn’t offered snacks or food the entertainment I wasn’t sure how to use it or what it was but other than that it was a good flight
On time
Direct flight with the standard flight amenities that you expect. The airline executed and delivered their service.
The only real complaint I have was the device website did not work for getting back to the homepage “404 not found error” and need more choices in movies, more current titles for guys. Action section was very small.
No food as it is a very short flight
1. Add Cognac and Brandy to your spirits list! 2. It took over 30 minutes for my luggage!
Everything went really smooth! Thank you!
Delay was terrible. The seat I paid $43 for was uncomfortable the doorade it super small. I paid over $100 for 6 lbs over weight. Ridiculous.
Everytime I Fly Alaska the Staff are on it to a T, their kind and the flight is so relaxing I fall asleep every time. I just nit a fan of the landing part lol who does. All in All I give them a 100 not a 10 a 100. Thank you Alaska Staff for the Safe travels.
Got my seat changed during boarding again. Super frustrating but at least it was from one aisle seat to another. Flight was a prop plane that was too small to be comfortable as a large man.
Got my seat changed during the boarding process which was unexplained and super frustrating. The flight was a prop plane and was uncomfortable for me as a large man.
An easy flight with no issues. That's all I'm looking for
It’s a long flight. Next time I may opt for a layover just to get out and stretch my legs and move around a little.
The wifi would not support the movie I was streaming o I had to stop watching 10 minutes in because the lag was so bad. Other than that, the flight was great.
