Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's central location and proximity to venues, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues in rooms and common areas, inconsistent service quality, and problems with amenities such as breakfast, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and the price reasonable, overall impressions were mixed due to recurring maintenance and cleanliness concerns.
