Aging hotel. Friendly service, but they were very understaffed. The breakfast wasn’t great - coffee and juices tasted awful. The room did seem clean, but furniture needs to be updated (peeling leather, etc).

Pros (+) Location was the only plus, as we wanted a hotel closer to the canyon. Housekeeping could not keep up with the busy weekend. Our rooms were so dirty at arrival, we requested to change rooms to another "cleanish" room. Pros (+) Location to restaurants and stores.
Cons (-) The hotel looks new from the outside, however it is deceiving. Upkeep of hotel could be better. Mattress covers aren't washed, had old blood stain and hairs all over. Walls have lots of stains. Ketchup splatter on walls not cleaned. Pool area had bad odor.
