Guests consistently praised the hotel's breathtaking location and views, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who made their stay memorable. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with many appreciating its quality and variety. However, several guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be small or outdated, and some noted issues with accessibility, such as the lack of an elevator or challenging stairs.
