Cons (-) It is hot spot for COVID 19. EVERY CUSTOMER OR GUEST ARE THE PEOPLE FROM STREET DRUG ADICT AND EVERYTHING ELSE

Pros (+) first appearances were good. After we stayed, my opinion definitely changed for the worse. Too expensive for the condition of the room.
Cons (-) The bed was broke down. The shower curtain rod was broken so it was falling out of the wall. Not the cleanest.

Pros (+) The room (King-Business) was very large. It was clean and comfortable. The closeness to Mall of America was a plus, 10 Minutes by car.
Cons (-) The breakfast was a bit lacking. Other than the usual waffle maker there was only white bread and a toaster for anything hot. There were 2 AC units because this was essentially a double room. The one on the the right was not cooling. Also the drains in the tub and lav were a bit slow. Both were brought to the attention of the front desk when we checked out.

Cons (-) I dislike that I did NOT get the room I paid for! And when switched rooms I still did NOT get it!
