The mini van was what I had reserved, ran well, was full of fuel.It could have been ready on time ( was 50 minutes late) could have been more thoroughly cleaned (candy wrapper on floor, road dust visible in interior). The Assistant manager said she had personally helped clean the vehicle as it was not ready on time. I’m sure she did. I’m also sure I was given a vehicle that had not been thoroughly readied for pick up, which is quite serious given we are in a Global health crises And that Enterprise promises rigorous cleaning of a car given their responsibility to do all possible to reduce contamination between renters.

Ryan couldn't have been more kind and understanding about a last-minute change due to a family emergency and got us into a larger car at minimum cost.Really no complaints!

Nice person at the desk.Drop off in Bellingham WA airport was awkward. Signage is fine until the last 1000 yds., then it becomes virtually invisible in the dark. I circled the airport 3 times. The nice woman at the Enterprise desk (the only person in the entire rental area at 7:15 am BTW) suggested that this invisibility is a common problem; (Fix it, Enterprise, make a new sign) Returning a car is a bit "loose" - park it wherever - but that was fine with me..unless there's a problem later that I don't know about

Bellingham employees are superiorThe type of car reserved was available, the car was clean and the employees were pleasant and helpful.There were minor electrical problems with the car. The seatbelt alert was not working, I inadvertently drove off with my elderly aunt no seatbelts in.

Inform your employeesThe employees at the Bellingham airport were not helpful. I called on two different days and was told both times that they could not find my reservation. The first time they couldn’t find it using my last name so they used my confirmation number then the second time they couldn’t find it using my confirmation number so they used my last name. My main frustration came with their lack of knowledge on where to drop the car off. We took the car 20 miles south to Anacortes to drop the car off at the ferry landing but didn’t know exactly where to leave it parked. The anacortes enterprise office was already closed so we called the Bellingham office and the employee was of no help. He said he’d never heard of dropping the car off at the ferry landing but I had already been told by the anacortes office that we were able to drop it off there for pick up the next day. After getting nowhere on the phone with the employee from Bellingham we ended up finding the right parking lot on our own, 5 minutes before our ferry came. My point of all this is to inform your enterprise employees of your drop off locations. I know this drop off is a different location than the Bellingham employees might be used to but it’s only 20 miles from them so I feel like they should know. The ferry drop off is very convenient and I can see more people utilizing it as time goes on and they should get specific instructions on where exactly to drop the car off to save them stress later.
