Pros: Almost nothing. Service was a lie and post service was inexistent.Cons: Everything. The info provided in the booking was not the same provided during the service. The post service assistance (Mr. Sergio - representante. De servicios al cliente) was absolutely inefficient and annoying. Didn’t provide any solution, didn’t review the case. Good rental car experinecePros: I received the car I wanted at a good price. Pick up and drop off were quick and as expected. Shuttle takes you from service counter to car lot which is just off airport. Sixt has always treated me well.

Horrible ServicePros: NothingCons: I was told at the counter that since I declined the insurance (because my credit card applied theirs) that they had to place a 4000 Euro hold on the card. They placed a 4900 euro hold on my card.

Argument over state of the car upon return, otherwPros: Location for pick up in Bucharest Central Car was clean, but do read the comments.Cons: Casual attitude of the staff for scratches/damages when receiving the car from Sixt, not the same while returning to airport, Note to other users, please make sure that you check the car carefully, not just indication on paper on the car image for damages, but also what's written on the paper about the state of the car, we almost got caught as there was damage on the car not indicated on paper, but were told 'It is a problem' while returning. It needed a wait of 30 min for someone else to hear the same story and state 'car was ok'.
Pros: NOTHING!Cons: im usually a very positive person but i got to the rental and they did not have my reservation i called payless and they said the reservation was there and i said no cause the man at the counter said there is nothing... the man said then we do not know you need to figure it out.....SAY WHAT!!!! mind you i had been traveling all day and it was 2 am!

Bad serviceCons: Employees do not understand the nature of their business or their clients. They make no effort to satisfy customers. Some cars are in really bad shape. I had to wait one hour before I could get my car. They do not have an office at the airport.

Hidden FeesPros: Nice staff at the Bucharest PaylessCons: We were promised by Car rentals.com that all fees were included. when we got to Payless they made us pay another 80 Euros for a 1 way fee and 10 Euros for highway pass fees. I am working on getting refunded.

Cons: they have hidden tax((I paid +50% more that we agree ,when I get the car. They charge me for winter tyres 50 euros. By law in Romania they were supposed to have them on the car in the winter I'm very, very unhappy with Payless.I will never use this rental company again.

Pros: Friendly and fast pickup and delivery.Cons: When the weather is cold and there is snow a tool to clean the windshield should be provided. Waking up in the morning and finding out you can not use the car for sometime is not a good surprise.

Cons: Collection of the car was fine. The return was more problematic, the address given was not accurate and so took a while until I found the place, besides the place is dark and you can not check the vehicle properly. Reception representative vehicle passes you on the cell phone with the help of light making it difficult to see flaws you must properly. The return suddenly appears a large flashlight and checked the vehicle with surprisingly discovered almost invisible scratches appear, although I had full insurance all the time I was told that the insurance does not cover the scratch. The general feeling is that trying to trip you up. There are many rumors about similar cases, I think this issue should be handled in front of representatives in Romania.
