Cons: room small and not enough space for basics like empty suitcase Or toiletries bag
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and professional staff. Great rooms and impressive amenities for a small hotel. check out process was easy and it’s the first time I can recall being surprised when reviewing a folio at check out how overly reasonable the charges were for food, drinks and spa amenities.
Cons: Nothing, it’s clear if there was a problem the staff would make it right immediately.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent across the board. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Amenities and restaurant were top notch.
Cons: Hard to find something. This hotel really is exceptional in almost every way.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent service, great location near everything, beautiful plac.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved everything I am 100 percent staying at this property again!!
Cons: Bigger filtered water bottles for the rooms. They are too small. Not a big deal but a helpful suggestion.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was ideal for our scheduled activities.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gorgeous building with wonderful touches! The breakfast was delicious. there is a lovely gas fireplace to sit around and enjoy a glass of wine. The staff literally couldn’t have been better. Can’t wait to return!
Cons: no complaints
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the location and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The customer service was excellent, the room was very comfortable with a great shower! Loved the little balcony with the waterfall outside of the window. The included breakfast was fantastic and very delicious! I would highly recommend to other travelers!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They made a special sack breakfast and coffee for us for an early departure for Machu Picchu. The restaurant food was excellent and service was exceptional. As a topper, the locations was perfect for us.
Cons: I honestly have nothing to say on this topic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Peaceful haven in the middle of busy Cusco. Rooms are very nice, Staff was super friendly and polite. Great location. Extremely good restaurant. Great Spa!
Excellent 10.0
Don't waste your money on big name brands. Antigua Casona easily surpasses them. Other than the gorgeous setting and the great location (a 5 minute walk to the center of town through beautiful cobblestone streets) the staff is incredible. They take the time to know their guests personally and to remember each guest's preferences. They helped us book reliable transportation during our stay, and made sure that we have everything we need. Special thanks to Peter and Angie at the restaurant for being so welcoming, and for everyone at reception who was superbly hospitable and kind. We'll be back for sure.
Excellent 10.0
Staff are very friendly and kind! Rooms are clean. They are environmentally friendly which is a plus! Food was delicious. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!
Excellent 9.2
Clean room, staffs good, room very nice style. This hotel located in the heart of city where you can walk to nearest center square. A lot of restaurant nearby. Definitely Recommended.
Excellent 10.0
This place is beautiful. We loved the bar and the courtyard especially. But I would like to commend the staff who are running the place wonderfully during the pandemic. Everyone was super friendly from the moment we arrived, helpful and attentive without being bothersome. Covid measures are implemented, breakfast was superb, and we were offered coca tea to go each morning which really helped us going out on the tours. And they serve great piscos which we enjoyed by the fire after a long day. If we ever come back to Cusco, we would happily stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was fabulous. Small, boutique type, great rooms, super comfy beds, a beautiful courtyard with an splendid seating accommodations to rest after a walk or adjust to the altitude. The restaurant Piedra y sal, incredibly serve gourmet food. And the breakfast to die for. I would return to Cusco just to stay at Antigua Casona
Cons: Nothing!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The spa facilities Excursions Communal areas bar and dining were staffed with extreme attention Also with the start of the covid19 restrictions my flight was cancelled. With my limited spanish the staff at reception were absolutely amazing in helping to schedule another one.
Cons: Something out of human control is the weather of which I understand. However, unfortunately my room wasn't equipped to deal with torrential downpours of rain and flooded several times. Happily no personal belongings were damaged and the staff were very prompt to rectify the issue.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was a convenient amenity especially for those days that I wouldn't have a chance to eat otherwise. The location was good, not too far from the "Plaza de las Armas" which is the main tourist attraction there. Cathedrals, museums, restaurants and train station are not too far from there. You do have to walk some to get to the nicer areas but it wasn't too bad for me. I loved the fact that my the room had hot shower. Peru in general don't have climate controlled rooms, so it was cold at night and a hot shower with a hot tea was super good at night. Beds had extra wool blankets. Free Wifi was good. The attendant was very friendly and I was offered hot tea as a welcome.
Cons: I was there during the pandemic and I was traveling alone so the place was empty most of the times so there was no other people to talk to. That's about the only thing I did not like which is pretty much nothing the establishment could do other than maybe having a better post pandemic season.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Kind, helpful, friendly staff. Plant-lined courtyard. Scrambled eggs and coffee!
Cons: Weak, soft floor that I constantly worried I would break through. Tight space for 4 adults traveling with luggage for each.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was very good to deal with booking.com
Cons: The hotel we booked deal with us as we paid very little money that the way to give us the very poor room upstairs. So what explain in booking wasn’t true.
Good 7.5
Cons: The curtain weren't that opaque and there was a safety light right in front the window which means the room was lighted all night long
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Breakfast was really nice and everything was homemade! Accommodation was clean and staff was very very helpful and kind. Apart from shower and location, everything was good.
Cons: Location was a bit too far from the centre. Especially when you are struggling with high altitude, it takes quite a long time to go to the main square, etc. We stayed at 3rd floor, and shower sometimes just became cold, and then became hot a bit later, repeated a few times. Our guess was the hot water is intercepted by other floor users...?
Okay 5.8
Pros: We had an early departure by bus, so this location was very good for it. The staff was very friendly and the receptionist had good English skills.
Cons: We didn’t get any hot water. Also one of the beds was totally worn out and bumpy, so you couldn’t sleep in it.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Betty is super welcoming, kind and helpful. Makes you feel like family from the first moment. The hostal is a little bit away from city centre (10 minutes by taxi) which makes it a nice calm area. Rustic natural looking rooms, and amazing hot showers, wifi and breakfeast. Spent two nights here because how much I liked it and was treated so well. Absolutely recommend!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The costumer service and the place is so beautiful and clean ,they have hot water !!! Its super worth the money and prices are perfect for what you got in your stay .. in the morning they offer you free tea and bread
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: These people are complete crooks who are disorganized, unmanaged, have no respect for customers and no idea about customer service
Good 7.9
Pros: It’s very close to the airport so if you have morning flight it’s perfect. We stayed for 2 nights and there isn’t much to do in the area around. But taxis are pretty cheap to get you to the center.
Cons: Very basic breakfast and the staff doesn’t speak any English. Some of the staff went to our room around 8am to clean our room. We’re sleeping and shocked by it. Why in the hell would somebody came to our room that early to tell us about cleaning our room. It happened few more travelers. Didn’t really like it.
Good 7.9
Pros: Great location from the airport and near supermarkets. A bit far from Plaza de armas but plenty of taxys take you there for cheap. Staff was much above expectations.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The owners were outstanding. So helpful and kind. We loved our stay here.
Cons: While a little far from the centre of Cusco, taxis were cheap and fast and we much preferred it to the loud and crowded centre of town.

Pros: Perfect stay. Hotel and employees are very nice

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owners are very sweet and helpful. They can give you rides around Cusco for a small price. Rides to the airport are included in the cost. Food was amazing and I loved everything about staying at this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful staff Super clean Excellent breakfast buffet.
Good 7.9
Pros: The room was clean, bright, and pretty big. The staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: The location is a bit out of the way. It was a bit noisy coming from the street and the rooms upstairs and next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. The couple who run the hotel were lovely and very accommodating when we booked last minute. And the hotel is easy to find unlike some others in the area!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good food, staff was very helpful, let us stay later than checkout and drove us to airport
Excellent 9.6
Pros: -Really nice staffs, willing to help with everything. The breakfast started from 6 am and I had to leave at 6:15, they still manage a quick breakfast for me. I also got a free ride to the bus station. -Compare with hotels in the historical center, this hotel has more updated facilities, such as elevator. The room was nice and comfortable, I even got a bottle water as welcome drink. - It’s in a nice neighborhood, a market nearby and a supermarket for 7min walk. Quiet at night. You may see local people’s life here.
Cons: Historical center is not in walking distance, but easy to reach by taxi (5 sol), so it’s not really a problem.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The fact that the manager arranged for our trip to manchu pichu last minute and he didnt disappoint. Also he took time to make sure we cliamatized and made us dinner.all staff very nice and when we arrived in cusco airport the personal sign was lovely.
Cons: N/a
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff were wonderful, you can tell that they enjoy what they do and are committed to keeping the place immaculate and to providing excellent service. The rooms and common areas were kept meticulously clean. Bathrooms were spacious and shower had good pressure and enough hot water. The breakfast was filling and every day slightly different so it didn't get repetitive. Coca leaves tea at the reception available throughout the day. There is a supermarket about 7-min walk and they have a large selection of everything. Across from the supermarket, there is a small Peruvian restaurant that serves huge plates for very small prices. We walked to the historical centre the first day but the walk is nothing spectacular so we just took a collectivo (local bus) for 0.80 sol from around the corner the next day. There is also a bus that takes you directly to Sacsay ruins for 1.5 sol! The reception arranged an airport taxi for 10 sol and it was a quick ride for our morning flight. Good place to stay if you're looking for a clean and comfortable room close to the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Arrived late and left early so we had a short stay. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Hotel has an elevator which is the first we’d seen in the other hotels we had stayed at. Light continental breakfast (fruit, eggs, juice). Close to bus station.
Cons: Weren’t there very long but everything seemed well maintained. No complaints.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Excellent all around service.
Cons: Location is remote to restaurants but great for airport.

Pros: Great shower, good bed, clean, friendly and nice breakfast
Cons: Not in centre of Cuzco. Although this is also an advantage: it is on our way to Puno and near the airport.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff was increadably helpful! My Spanish is very lacking and they took the time to figure out all that I needed and provided me and my aunt with a wonderful stay.

Pros: Not always you can find quiet and comfort when you’re away. But Hotel Agustos in Cusco does offer that sense of being safe and at home. It isn’t just for the comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. It is the extra miles that the hotel staff are running to take care of you. If you just returned from walking the Inca Trail, or if you came from to attend relative in the nearby hospital, in Hotel Agustos you can be sure you will recover. My wife stayed at the hotel for six nights, during an intense week besides her mother at the hospital. We are very grateful for the care and support the hotel staff have provided. Whenever we will need to stay in Cusco, we will surely return to Hotel Agustos.
Good 7.9
Pros: Staff was great Room was clean
Cons: Location was in a rough area
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful staff who speak fantastic English. Everyone was very helpful and made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, as was the coca tea. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: I like the staff, very friendly. Rooms are exactly as the picture on internet. They are also spacious and very clean.
Cons: It was a bit far from the historical center. However a taxi will cost you only 6 soles

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The staff was all wonderful. The restaurant and bar upstairs were superb. Yeferson and Jhon took great care of us every night.
Cons: I heard they laid off their staff and didn’t pay them for the work they had done. I will change my review to all glowing when I learn the hotel takes care of the staff that took such great care of us.
Good 7.0
Pros: The Polo Suites is walking distance from Wanchaq Train Station (which is the terminal for the bus/train "bi-modal" Peru Rail train to/from Machu Picchue during the rainy season. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its facilities. I checked in at around 10 pm without any problem. The room was huge, with hardwood floors, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and fast free wifi. The room also had new smart TVs where you could use apps like Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, etc. Breakfast was on the top/12th floor and had a wide range of offerings.
Cons: As stated earlier, the Polo Suites is very convenient to Wanchaq Train Station. The distance to Plaza de Armas is about a 20 minute uphill walk, which is manageable for most, but a consideration.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and modern. Really big rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice. Top restaurant gives you 360 view of the city.
Cons: Small radiator for big room, might get cold sometimes.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was clean and clean sheets. Good free breakfast
Cons: The noise comes through the widows and the street can be busy.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Good breakfast Confortabile bed Helpful staff (on request they prepared packed breakfast on days with early trips)
Cons: Cold bathroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful and could help as as spoke English quite well. Lovely view of Cusco and nice area.
Cons: No air con but we could open a window which was great.
Good 7.5
Pros: A clean, honest hotel with a restaurant on the top floor with 360 views of Cusco. Very good English speaking receptionist. The Peru Hop /Bolivia Hop terminal is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, on the same street.
Cons: There is nothing we did not like, and there is nothing that was exceptional.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff, facilities, high rise
Cons: No A/c in room. It was a bit cold.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Large, comfortable, clean and attractive rooms Front desk staff is excellent , very helpful, and knowledgeable about both Cuzco and outlying areas (Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, etc.)
Cons: Breakfast is ok, but the crew that attends to tables and oversees the breakfast buffet is lackadaisical bordering on indifferent (tables and floors aren't cleaned after guests leave, coffee urns run completely out, no cold milk for cereal) Interior noise is loud due to an open central staircase, early tour bus departures, and inconsiderate guests
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love it and recommended to everyone >>!!! :)

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly staff and very convenient location, with easy walk to the airport. The room and common areas are very nice and clean, the kitchen was wonderful, especially since we have young children, were able to make food without having to take a taxi to a restaurant. Also the children had a nice space to play and hang out in the common living room, while we were able to watch TV in the room.

Good 6.3
Pros: Garage
Cons: Breakfast was not good and empty
Excellent 9.7
Pros: They are very friendly and accomodating. Place is a little dated, like staying at your favorite grandmothers, but it was clean, comfortable and economical. Location was perfect for my trip, though taxi drivers had a bit of trouble finding it. Thanfully I had a map funcion on my phone.

Cons: How cold and basic the room is. The fact that the lady at reception didnt speak English so was trying to use google translate to speak to me. The noise and how easily sound travels.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We ended up at Julia's Hotel after not being able to get into the original hostel we booked. It was late and we were tired after returning from the Salkantay Trek. We arrived at Julia's hotel and rang the bell with our fingers crossed since it was past their check-in time. We were welcomed with a warm friendly greeting and were so grateful to get a room. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable! We had an early flight the next day and the woman who had greeted us the night before was downstairs with our taxi waiting when we checked out. The woman used Google translate on her phone with us when checking in and out since we didn't speak any Spanish. It worked well, I only wish we could have better conveyed our appreciation to her.
Cons: The room was a bit cold but there were plenty of blankets on the beds for a warm cozy sleep.
Good 6.7
Cons: Problems with the bathroom
Good 6.7
Pros: Property is close to the airport, a short five minute ride by taxi. Watch out as they might try to overcharge. 10 soles should more than cover it.
Cons: The property is located far from any restaurant and the closest market doesn't offer much food.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Arrived extremely late and the staff were super welcoming and polite and helped us with printing our boarding passes etc. Could not have been more considerate or caring.
Cons: Ok, don't really want to do this but coffee could have been hotter & some scrambled eggs???
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Decent WiFi
Cons: Probably the worst hotel I have ever been too. The room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting, the bed sheets were unclean and there were spiders in the room. Even the shower was rusted and did not work properly Also the room smelt like it had not been used in ages. Horrible experience.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Location is good but it's hard to get Uber when we want to go to the airport.

Okay 5.0
Pros: The administrator was very helpful with her directions, but we were never offered any breakfast, I thought we paid for breakfast but I don't recall if they refunded the breakfast payment, location was great super close to the airport, you can hear the airplanes taking off or landing at 5AM.. Hard to breath, no elevators but no complains about that, they set us up with a great transportation service to take us to the 7 color mountain round trip, it was little over price $150 USD but I guess those are their prices, it was a great adventure and he was a safe driver., he knows his streets.. We were just there to sleep..
Cons: First she said we had to pay cash USD money or Soles, stated, their "CC mchine) wasn't working, so we weren't prepare to make payments with the only vacation cash money we had.. It was very cold at night and they didn't have a room heater not even the blankets were enough so I couldn't sleep well. The water heater at night was not very much hot water, we had to wait like 10 minutes to get a little of warm water and the bathroom sliding door was very to open... At the end before we checked out, we asked if we could leave our two small luggage in the living room and she said it was fine, the driver will take it with him and bring it to us when he pick us up at the train station. We end up to staying at a little hostel lobby, we sealed the middle zipper and the other suit case but the only opened zipper where I left some stuff, I looked for my boots bag and underwear to put stuff away, I noticed that my shoe/boots bag and (dirty) expensive underwear was gone, I texted the administrator, she said that didn't happen at her hostel, but like she said there was nobody else at her hostel, so who stole those items, I don't know but it was there . so the day before we go back home we made an arrangement with their transportation service to take us to the train station and we paid another $100 USD.. round trip to pick us up frm the train station bck to the airport and the driver brought us our luggage and took us straight to he airport around 11:30PM, the airport was closed, they open at 3AM, I called the hostel lady to see if we could wait few hrs in her living room so we don't stay out in the cold rainy night street. but she said she wasn't there that she was in a different place and that her mom wasn't answering the phone, plus she stated at we didn't have any reservation arrangement, for her to live the place open.
Good 6.7
Pros: Staff were really friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as smooth as possible. Transfers to and from the airport were organised for me and the cost for this was low as the hotel was located so close to the airport making it convenient for an overnight layover.
Cons: The room was not clean. There was no hot water or heating which was ok for one night but would not be so pleasant for an increased stay.
Good 7.9
Pros: Near airport which is what i needed, got a transfer by taxi ordered by hotel. Many thanks,
Cons: Was as I expected as basic hotel near airport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location Internet
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.9
Pros: The host was wonderful, giving us some great tips for the area and storing our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu on the train. She spoke excellent English, and was more than accommodating. The location is very close to the airport, and my kids loved the bunk beds.
Cons: The property is unique, but not unlike most locations in Cusco. I would have preferred hot water for my shower in the morning, but the kids had warm water at night. Taxi drivers had a hard time finding the location. 15 minute drive from the tourist area of Cusco.
