Pros: Great position in downtown El Paso, a few minutes walking from everything and literally 1-minute driving to reach I-10 ramp. Staff is outstanding, efficient and ready to help in every way possible.

Clean and helpful

Pros: Great customer service! Front attendent was friendly and helpful when asked about the area. Room was very clean and simple to meet all your daily needs.

Wonderful Experience

Pros: The Gardner Hotel is like stepping back, quite a ways back into the past. The lobby looks exactly like I would imagine it did in the 30s/40s, complete with the phone switchboard and old telephone stand. Perfect for someone traveling by themselves looking for a clean, comfortable room. The staff at the hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful!

Cons: The only 'downside' to the hotel is that the building it occupies is also home to 3 bars, all directly under most of the rooms. If you are staying there over the weekend, you might consider ear plugs if you wish to fall asleep before 3 am.
