Pros:The hotel was very clean, easy to find from the highway, very affordable, Wi-Fi was great, in room bathroom products were great,
Cons:We checked in at 2:50 when check in was supposed to be ready at 3:00. We were given our room keys but when we went up to our room it was clear the entire floor, let alone our room, wasn't ready and certainly wouldn't be in ten minutes. We asked the front desk how long it'd be til it was ready and they simply stated that check in wasn't til 3:00. Confused, we left until 3:45 and when we went up, again our room wasn't done. We waited another 20 minutes. I understand it takes time to clean rooms. I just wish I'd been clearly communicated with and told something like "Please forgive us, the rooms aren't ready yet. They should be ready in (time here)" or just told they'd call us when it was ready or something. Instead I felt like a pest continually coming back and bothering them.
Cons:I reserved a rollaway bed several days in advance and was told it would be taken care of. Upon arriving, the rollaway bed was not available and the room was barely big enough to fit it anyway.
Cons:My bed smelt of stale urine and I had to use my Febreze to mitigate the smell. Was not pleasant.

Cons:Clerk gave me my room key with the wrong room written on the envelop. When I tried to open the room written on the envelop, of course it would not open. Went back to the desk where he said that's strange, and recoded the key to what he wrote on the envelop. Went back to the room and opened the room to find someone in it. Thankfully, it was after midnight and the other customer was asleep. After the third trip to the desk, I got a weak apology and the correct key. Came down to breakfast to find a trashed breakfast room that could seat 16 people max. They were out of most of the food at 8:00 am, including the biscuits for biscuits and gravy. Pre-cooked egg pucks in a counter refrigerator filled with Velveta cheese slices, without tongs in sight. People reaching in and grabbing them with their hands. I decided on toast. No butter out, so I looked in the refrigerator labeled staff only. No butter, but their was a six pack of Coors Light! I overheard two people at the front desk discussing not having butter, but not having the minimum $500 order from the vendor that brings it, so they would be out for a while. Overall, not likely to return.
Pros:Breakfast it had very good selection
Cons:The dead bolt was broken on our door, moth bitten curtains, peeling paint in bathroom, hair on the shower walls. We were given a double full room, instead of single queen, but the beds were squeaky.
