Cons:We had to rent a car from Hertz to get to Grand Rapids which is a three hour drive. Hertz charged me $1100 for a one day one way drop in the rental car because they only had a few cars left because of all the flight cancellations. We will have to see how easy it is going to be to get reimbursed from American Airlines. They also lost my wife's luggage which took three days to retrieve. Called British Air and they said call AA. Called AA and they said call British Air. Very rude attitudes. I will NEVER fly with either of these airlines again.
