Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect hotel! Great service. Everyone is so nice
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic rooms. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. The beach at the resort is stunning and after a little hike you reach Anse Georgette, which has to be the most beautiful beach on the planet!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best resort . Huge property
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Gorgeous, relaxing resort with beautiful rooms, excellent food and great staff, thanks for a wonderful time.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Beautiful location, view , and awesome breakfast.
Cons: We spent 3 nights in the hotel with my doughter. After the 2nd night we told the cleaning staff that at night the whole body was pinched by the beetles in bed. Did we ask you to speak at the front desk? They don’t have to (they told) change sheets and spray everything. On the 3rd night we also scratched all night. We indicated at the reception at the checkout where they said so much that "we were very sorry that their bed bugs were and why they didn’t speak here either? " Thats it. For the 3 nights, with breakfast we paid 3000 euros. One of the places is the Lemuria of Constance, where you expect high service and guest treatment for this money. We couldn’t enjoy it and I’m sad and disappointed that this is how the problem was handled. We went to the doctor at home. Bed bug. No comment. Since we came home right away, we disinfected our clothes and suitcases at home . I am dissatisfied with the way we have been treated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is a gem, a real paradise on the Earth! A fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Breathtaking views from the golf course. The pool area is really nice and so are the two private beaches, the smaller beach Petite Anse Kerlan is perfect for swimming. Food in the restaurants was delicious. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and facing the ocean. The terrace was a great place to relax. Our stay got unforgettable not just because we got married there but also because of exceptional, friendly staff with attention to the details, a huge special thanks to Kheshma & Anielle (AGAIN, THANK YOU to make our day so amazing), Arvind & Yash in Legend, and Arnel at the beach! We absolutely loved every bit of it and hope to be back soon.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A fabulous resort in a spectacular location. But what really sets this hotel apart is its staff: Attentive, friendly, engaged... always having time for a small talk with guests. We'd like to especially mention manager Virgile, guest relation Sophia, Titon from the fruit bar and Daniel at the beach. We enjoyed the time in Lemuria and will be back.
Excellent 9.6
We rounded out our honeymoon in the Seychelles at this beautiful hotel. The entire place is pretty breathtaking. We played on the incredible golf course, utilized the tennis facilities and relaxed by the pool and on the beach. There are all kinds of amazing activities included in your stay - there is a kiosk by the beach where you can get boogie boards, paddle boards, wind surfing, kayaks, paddle boats, and more. The food was the best we had in the Seychelles, albeit a bit expensive... Aru at the bar really took care of us. He is a huge asset for the hotel and made our experience great. We randomly ran into the executive assistant manager, Marie Noella, on our second day there, and the rest of the trip she made sure that every little detail of our stay ran perfectly smooth. Even setting us up for a much-needed late check-out on our last day when our flight was not until 8pm. You'll spend a pretty penny but this is the best hotel in the Seychelles, incredibly beautiful, great staff.
Excellent 10.0
The staff at Lemuria, especially Maria, was one of the best if not the best I have ever encountered during my time traveling. As a solo traveler, the staff went above and beyond for me, so much so as to get a birthday cake for me during my birthday. I’ve never encountered such service in my life to be honest, and it’s something I will remember forever.
Excellent 8.8
Celebrated our engagment in Seychelles and stayed in the Lemuria for 3 nights Weve exprienced great atmosphere and friendly staff, although some our preferences concerning our room and booked activities haven't been completed due to miscomminication between the employees Except from one dinner(which cost us hefty some of money), the food was great. The staff is friendly and helpfull, the room was clean and neat.
Good 7.2
Didn't Meet Expectations
Excellent 9.6
We enjoyed a lot our stay in Lemuria, it was the highlight of our trip to Seychelles. Staff is very nice and friendly, especially Sophie from reception. Food is very good, room very beautiful, nice pools with amazing view. We will want to come back for sure...
Excellent 10.0
Out of this world. You need to increase prices!!! To cheap as for the heaven!!!
Excellent 10.0
Amazing vacation days with the most beautiful beaches! Looking forward to coming back in the near future.
Good 6.4
Resort is over priced vs the experience Some clear improvements needed at breakfast as staff are so slow (20+ Mins to make a simple scrambled egg), recommend half board as there’s limited options to eat if you just have b&b, covid health wasn’t well controlled eg limited fresh masks provided
Excellent 9.6
The resort is very well kept, looks very nice. Main reason to go there...you are 15 minutes away from the beautiful Anse Georgette
Excellent 10.0
We arrived for 5 nights celebrating my partner's birthday, an amazing resort in every way, rooms, cleanliness, excellent meals, the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles and above all - exceptional service from all the resort staff, Starting with Karim the buggy driver, Eva the reception manager, Julia on the phone service and Fernando the hotel manager who made sure we did not miss anything, we will definitely return Constance Lemuria - our favorite resort in the Seychelles!
Excellent 10.0
Perfect place for honeymoon, I couldn't expect something more than that, all was so perfect!
Excellent 10.0
My trip to Seychelles was with a group of my business associates and from the moment when we landed to this land of paradise, my excitement started to rise. It took us about an hour to get to Praslin from Mahe Island by Cat Cocos, but then adventure and enjoyment began. We have been driven through kind of vegetation that is very hard to describe, being able to see plants and coconuts that exists only there. We were privileged to sense all the beauty of this island even before we reached the hotel. But that was just the beginning. Shortly after our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Constance Lemuria staff enjoying magnificent view from the top of the resort overlooking cascade swimming pool, and unspoiled nature. We spent two days there being able to enjoy their amazingly kind hospitality, unbelievably tasty food from their restaurants and most of all, beaches that left us breathless. Unlike in any other hotel in the world, here you will be able to visit unique turtles preservation center, where you can learn about this wonderful creatures and ways to help them survive. Literally, just having a chance to stay at this resort and meet wonderful people working here is the privilege of its kind and lifetime experience. Whatever you can imagine that will wait you here, you can be sure it is going to be better than that. And completely different.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: helpful staff, good restaurant with local cuisine (is a part of the hotel), great location (beach, shops, jetty, Vallee De Mai), comfortable pool at least for 4-6 people at the hotel territory.
Cons: Internet is available only for one device (when you check in you will get a password for internet and think before login which of the device are really need internet)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent food (we took breakfast and dinner). breakfast was traditional continental with some tropic fruits, juices and delicious bread. dinner is a la carte with three different options every day. rooms are spacious and very well equipped. location is amazing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Simply outstanding. Best staff ever. Everything was taken care of, nothing was to much. Very personal, very warm. Wonderfull room. beautifull bathroom, clean. Beachbeds carried on the amazing beach every day. Car and boat arranged in five minutes when you asked. Good fresh food. I'm not really into writing reviews, but this hotel and these people simply deserve a excellent judgement. Monique and Simon, The Netherlands.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly team, good location, confy rooms
Cons: The boat trip they recommended with holiday charter
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a big and confortable room. The position in front of the sea, the staff extremely kind and helpfull made out stay perfect. Reastaurant was very good and the breakfast also. Thank you
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Overall the place is great. It's just across the street from a beautiful beach that is the best for swimming on Praslin. They put their sunbeds below a huge palm tree on the beach on request. There is a small pool, too. The rooms are comfy and clean. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Also the common area of the restaurant is nice, spacious and in a colonial style.
Cons: AC blows directly on the beds which makes it a bit too much for the night. Service during breakfast was very slow, but it improved after we told them. It seems typical in Africa, though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stuff totally adorable. Best restaurant on island.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I would give 11 points, if possible. What makes this place unique is the staff, their attention to detail. Welcome drink up on arrival, farawell gift, they help with everything during your stay. The restaurant is also well run and tasty. The tunfish steak is amazing.
Cons: Our stay here was simply perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the beach, stores and supermarkets are just around the corner. We really enjoyed food in the restaurant. The breakfast is delicious and had a lot of stuff. Highly recommend this hotel to the guests of Praslin
Cons: Everything was good
Excellent 10.0
Great boutique hotel. Rooms are well kept and big. The beachfront location is a big plus and the attached restaurant is very convenient and serves good food. The biggest plus is the staff. They were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend Pirogue Lodge.
Excellent 10.0
We had a superb remain at this hotel. The staff were awesome. The rooms were exceptionally clean & amazingly open. They fitted an additional bed and a bunk within the room and there were still bounty of space. Towels were changed routinely amid the day. The nourishment at the eatery was basically astounding. Compliments to the chef and his group. The parcel of the nourishment was gigantic. Unquestionably esteem for money. The eatery is additionally open to pariahs, so indeed in the event that you're not remaining at this lodging, its worth a visit. The lodging is found over the street of a long shoreline. Thumbs up to the group. Keep it up
Excellent 10.0
The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. We were lucky to have a room with balcony, a big plus (Ch Bourzwa). Rooms are cleaned twice a day, beach towel available changed daily. Breakfast ok. Absolutely brilliant team, available, smiling, efficient, responding to any request. Michele, Laura, Nadia and their team will quickly put you at ease and facilitate your stay! Thank you to the whole team, without exception.
Excellent 10.0
We leased the upper room confronting the sea. The room was clean and present day done essentially and richly. The bed was comfortable and the cloths were exceptionally great. The flooring was tiled not carpeted an there was a overhang neglecting the street before the ocean. The hold up is exquisite but the area may well be way better. The range is very touristy and a small crude. The eatery was exceptionally great and everybody working at the pirogue was exceptionally mindful and proficient. In the event that the hold up wasn't before the street it would be perfect. Indeed so, we delighted in our remain.
Excellent 10.0
An awesome remain! The staff may not have been more accommodating in sorting out enlist cars etc, which made life truly simple for us. Our check-in encounter was eminent, and the lodging is well found, spotlessly clean, truly well found and a brilliant cost. Idealize for what we needed, great, clear settlement from which to go out and see the island.
Excellent 10.0
We absolutely loved this place. The beach just across the road is huge and beautiful. Most of the members of staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms. The food in the restaurant is very good. Also, it was my husband's birthday when we stayed here and we had a little surprise in the room that day which I found very thoughtful and kind. The location is great for discovering the island as well. We went to Vallee de Mai and Anse Lazio, both with local buses.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Apartement was super clean (cleaned everyday) and quite big with a big kitchen, living and bedroom and a big terrace. It‘s located near the airport of praslin (10 min walk or 3 min by car) and has a bus stop nearby. Also a lot of small supermarkets and a french restaurant are just 5 min walk away. A big big plus for the staff, especially erica! She helped us finding food or getting a transportation to the port, and was always available via whatsapp. We felt all in all more than welcome and after a few ours it was like HOME. Thanks for the amazing stay and all the support during our stay! would definitely recommend to everyone
Cons: -
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very kind and well organised manager and super nice and clean appartment. Good value for the money we paid! Location was good, but next time we would choose the other side of the Island due to the beach area. Or at least we would rent a car, to be more flexible. Yet we can fully recommend this place :)
Cons: We would definitely rent a car next time, but this has nothing to do with our rating now.
Excellent 9.6
Superb!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Felt like at home there. Very comfortable, clean, nice and cozy. Absolutely hospitable ladies managing the guest house always help and do their best to satisfy your needs. High speed wi-fi.
Cons: Wish it would be a bit cheaper. The beach may be full of seaweeds depending on weather.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff very friendly and profession and make you feel home, they are super, the location is beachfront, private beach, very close to shops. It exceeded my expectations.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room is very spacious with a separate kitchen, livingroom and big balcony. The apartment was very clean end kept clean daily during our stay. The hotel is right on the beach front with its own beach entry and sun decks. The garden is nice and well maintained. There are 2 convenience stories very close to the hotel. One right in front of it and one a bit bigger a few minutes walk down the road. Restaurants within walking distance. Praslin is small and because of that everything is close by. Vallee de mai is literally a couple of minutes drive, the entry to Anse Georgette 6 minutes drive and the furthest u can go is probably Anse Lazio which is a 20 minute drive. So even during this time this is the windy side of the island, it is a good spot to explore the island from. The staff was superb. Very friendly and helpfull. They arranged a rental car, got us in a good day trip to Curieuze and st. Pierre. Got good overal tips and helped us tremendously when we found out we forget medicine from home. Eludi put so much effort in getting the medicin to us. Calling doctors and pharmacies on several island and finally getting it from another island straight to our hotel room. Amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone else.
Cons: Can’t really think of anything. Remember u are still on a tiny island in the middle of the ocean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The photos look exactly like the room I booked and it was even bigger than I expected! The staff was lovely, especially the manager and very helpful. The beach was lovely too, unfortunately the weather wasn’t too nice so we could not really spend time at the beach
Excellent 10.0
Pros: An unforgettable stay - a large, beautiful two stores house, a beautiful garden and a private beach. What else you can dream of? Terence is a wonderful host - helped us to organize everything in a very smooth and seamless manner.
Cons: We loved it all!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything!
Excellent 8.8
Very Nice and cosy guesthouse. IDeal By the beach. However we were there in the winter season so the waves were high and there was a lot of seaweed and jellyfish.. Personal was really Sweet and helpfull

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great breakfast Facility and private beach access are great Good variety of dinner choices Helpful staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room is just stunning with unbeatable views. The service was fantastic. The buggy service was quick and the drivers were sooo nice. The facilities are the best! The breakfast is the best because of the Asian touch. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The beach is calm and great for snorkelling too.
Cons: Nothing. I will certainly recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the facility, beach, the staff.
Cons: the lizards are a lot inside the rooms
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The views and amenities are living up to the promise. Great stuff and amazing experience. The entire vibe feels relax and upper class. Special thanks to Mohamed, Derrick and Neil that went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They added just the little extra that you would expect from a resort within this price range.
Cons: Just because of the promise Raffles has, some items really stood out in a sense that we wouldn’t have expected it. Small things like boxed orange juice for children instead of fresh. You’ll also find sufficient other hotels that allow children of 4 years old (and younger) to have dinner/lunch for free - but don’t expect this from Raffles. Some of the employees also seemed to feel a bit searching for the right attitude. Perhaps that also has to do with the type of guests that book these villas but sometimes this felt artificial or uncomfortable. The food was quite disappointing. It wasn’t bad at all but for the premium (be prepared to have dinner for 2 for around EUR 300 excl. alcohol or a bit less if you’re not taking the buffet) you’d really expect nothing less then great tastes, open and welcoming employees and daily changing menus. The restaurant Curieus in particular missed the mark. Overall experience was nice but wouldn’t try it again, given the (insufficient) value for money.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The villas are really beautiful and large. The view of the ocean villas are incredible. Plunge pool is quite nice, bathtub facing the view is also incredible. Breakfast is very good as well. I went to a yoga class and it was good as well, the studio they use is amazing. Overall a very good experience.
Cons: All hotels in this region are expensive but Raffles is also another level. We forgot our snorkel and had to pay 90 euros to get it from the shop inside the hotel. 1 bottle of wine costs a minimum 100 euros. The staff are very nice and polite but sometimes very slow, and I also have to mention there are not enough buggies. Many times we had to wait long, and you really depend on them as it's very hilly to walk.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: -The food was wonderful -The staff are helpful & nice -Location is amazing
Cons: -As a tropical island, beware of lizards…lots of them. -Pool water was too cold that we couldn’t swim in it.. unfortunately, the temperature of the water can’t be controlled.
Excellent 8.4
Management level staff was very friendly, but some of the lower level staff seemed very exhausted.
Excellent 10.0
Good staff, great scenary and little bit ecpensive.
Excellent 8.8
The GM (Salwa) was very welcoming and great. The entire team was warm and the food was out of this world. The room and property is indescribable.

Pros: The property itself spectacular! The staff were warm and welcoming! Great hospitality and activities were a provided by Paradise Sun!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food Staff Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: nice beachfront and comfortable room kayak renting
Cons: the thematic dinner was not the best, the local meals were great
Good 7.0
Pros: Location close to the ocean, the view from the room, the large balcony doors
Cons: The mirror and the shower doors in the bathroom were dirty, the furniture at the entrance was old and dingy (had some termites eating it), most of the personnel were just doing their jobs without any enthusiasm.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is perfect, the beach is very beautiful with very thin white sand. The resort is beautiful the room is very comfortable, and the people are so nice. Perfect massage at the Spa. The package for honey moon that they offer to you is very kind(goodies and special dinner)
Cons: The food for dinner is not enough creole, too international and wide choice to be the best, but it's ok. The price of each acticity, dives or everything is very expensive. And book the PCR test with tve government website because it's a better price than with the hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the location, the beach, the rooms - sleeping by the sound of the ocean
Cons: the food
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great location on a beautiful long beach. the lodging is great with little houses giving a village feeling. friendly & fun staff with family atmosphere. good food and evening music. great spa. good activities options (diving, daytrips etc). not cheap, but fair prices.
Cons: wifi very slow. there are too few sun-umbrellas on the beach (sunburn!). the pool is a bit small (maybe extend towards the beach?)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very friendly staff, amazing beach, good location, super priced.

If you look for an excellent hotel with many smart facilities, an excellent restaurant in a beautiful bay, with white sand, then you are in the right place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous updated room with a seaview. Location is fabulous!!!! One of the most gorgeous beaches in the world! Staff were amazing and very attentive! Amazing food and cocktails in the beach restaurant! Great service too!
Cons: If you wanted a coffee in your room, there was a Nespresso machine, you had to pay for each coffee pod! As I am not a coffee drinker myself (but my husband is) this did not bother me, but with the room prices you would think a free coffee a day would be allowed.....
Excellent 10.0
We had a great time staying at le duc. The room is specious and clean. The staff is so nice all the time. The food is great. The hotel is by the beach and has a great restaurant. At Friday nights there is happy hour with a DJ and cocktails. Few minutes walk to the village with supermarkets and ATMs. Really recommended!
Excellent 9.6
Lovely hotel that's right on the beach. I picked the garden room which turned out to be quite large, very roomy. The balcony was a great size too - good for relaxing with a good book. Lots of water fountains, especially around the breakfast area. Wi-Fi is excellent. Spa was lovely. Excellent massage and facil. Outdoor seating is next to music arena so, most evenings had various music playing. I would stay here again.

Pros: Great location and amazing facilities. Half board dinner buffets were excellent every night and they also have an outdoor bar on the beach which is open 4 times a week with dj and music. Stayed in the Ocean rooms and they were absolutely amazing. Perfect spot to chill and enjoy the beach.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4.8
We booked a 3 night stay at this hotel. The room itself looks decent. However, the staff is rude and they are very stingy on beverages, especially water. The food quality was pretty poor, with limited options.
Good 7.2
Reception Staff is not at all flexible . Hotel has check in time of 2am and we requested for 11 am checkout. They did not budge for a minute . One more similar instance . They are tough to communicate to . Hotel scored good on location and service staff are good as well. Reception is completely avoidable .
Excellent 8.0
We stayed at the hotel for 3days. We just loved the place with unique interiors, beautiful beach, amazing staff and delicious food. Overall best place to stay in Praslin. My daughter loved all staff there as they were so friendly....Big thanks to all the staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant for everything.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice 👍🏼 I will come back again definitely if I back to Seychells 🇸🇨
Okay 4.4
We have a problem with the room and they fix or replaced the room
Excellent 10.0
We spent 5 days in Le Duc de Praslin and it was one of the best place where we stayed in the Seychelles. The room was perfect. Really big and clean. We were in half board and the food was excellent. The people from the hotel were really kind and our children loved Madame Francine. I can only recommend this hotel to everybody who make a stop at Anse Volbert. Hope to go back there again :)
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious with access from the garden and a few meters from the pool, bar/restaurant. Very pleasant design and details throughout the resort. Daikin A/C made the room cold in a few minutes. Comfy bed and pillows, mininar, coffee. Cafe Des Arts (on the beach, same owner) is very nice with a deck with comfy sun-beds, great atmosphere, DJ, great food! Robert, the owner, greeted everyone and this was a nice touch. Staff was helpful. Nice pool!
Cons: Hairdryer in the bathroom was old and didn’t work. No shampoo in the bathroom, only shower gel. Many power outlets in the room, but only one compatible with European plugs, so make sure you have an adapter. WiFi was ok, but strange connection with a login with max 4 devices and I’ve exceeded the number of connections only with 1 phone, as it kept asking for the password, but received another login at the reception. These are just minor quirks, I recommend Le Duc and will book again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, facilities and staff
Excellent 9.6
The hotel was great and the location brilliant. The owner was welcoming, the food was very good and the hotel clean, great spa and fantastic area to relax by the beach. Very few things we didn't like about the hotel and Seychelles. Great place relaxing vacation,
Excellent 10.0
One of the best hotels in Praslin. Amazing design and pool. Everything was perfect except for the food. Portions are small and the food is ok.
Excellent 9.2
Ideal for families— villa is spacious and comfortable. Beach is close and an easy walk. Note there is only one pool that allows kids. Cafe does Arts was lovely and we enjoyed multiple Mojitos.
Excellent 9.2
Calm location at one of the most beautiful beaches. Great restaurant and modern though cozy rooms in the new building.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful location, very helpful and friendly staff, great dinner, pleace for really to relax
Cons: WiFi connection (such as in a 5star hotel in Mahe 😒), misssing allergy information by food, no payment in eur (only cash in Scr or Credit card)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel is a typical international style resort but could do with some update and liveliness. The rooms are just grand with incredible bathrooms and great products. The restaurant has a lovely location on the water, and the food is great as well. Nonetheless, the entire hotel seems to be asleep. With an 80% + occupancy it felt like we were alone waiting to die. No music at the restaurant, a bunch of people eating along quietly but you could hear a pin drop, no music at the pool bar, no people at the pool bar, an entirely empty bar lounge, … just dead. Dead. The lighting in the restaurant and the pool bar needs an urgent update, and the major lawn between the “cottages” needs more water so it looks green, but the islands were all suffering from drought so there was a reason for its duller appearance. No excuse for the 70% dead light bulbs at the pool bar and the cheap lanterns in the restaurant though. After dinner the hotel didn’t offer anything; by 8:30pm most patrons left to their rooms, and even the bar was 100% dead. Friendly staff though, but they need a better manager to pull the place out of a dead end. Nice location but not the most attractive of beaches at all, just a few transat chairs, and the snorkelling was less appealing than anywhere else, although we booked the place for the snorkelling….
Cons: It’s beautiful but it’s dead. It has fallen into a slumber and needs to be revived.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: our room was great and the entire hotel was amazing, very secluded yet 5 minutes walking to the amazing main beach. the hotel also has a great beach on a natural marine reserve.
Cons: the WiFi is not the best and there are no fresh vegetables on breakfast( dinner has 4-5 versions of salads). but overall it is an amazing hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Really nice private beach and huge pool
Cons: Breakfast and Dinner is not 4-star quality and it gets boring after 2 days already. Hotel is great if you do not eat there. Try to book it without any meals.
Good 7.0
Pros: The place is very beautiful, with a very nice beach, top snorkeling, and wonderful landscape. Food is good (not top, but acceptable)
Cons: Hotel management is poor. It lacks organization between the staff and some proccedures are outdated.
Okay 5.0
Pros: - the food and kitchen staff that was very friendly, special mention to the chef - the size of the room
Cons: - the cleaning, could have spent 4 nights there without them considering changing the sheets - the decrepitude of the facilities: the hotel is getting old and you can feel it (e.g the towels are in bad conditions) - the beach in front is not suitable for swimming at all and they are not offering kayak anymore as they are “broken” - the overall organisation is not great and we didn’t felt that they were delivering 4* service
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great breakfast!
Cons: Beach bar was not open, no canoes for paddling, and not enough mattresses for sun chairs. It seemed that the hotel needed to be a bit updated after COVID period. But other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: All was comfortable and good organized. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks
Cons: All was amazing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very well maintained property; Beach access with sunset views; Great customer service from the hosts (Miette & Patrick); Restaurant within the property & access to supermarket; 5 minutes drive to Anse Georgette (one of the most gorgeous beaches in Praslin)
Cons: None
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Spacious, well equipped, good location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The private beach, super chicken curry, good rooms and ofcourse Meitte and Patrick!
Cons: We are so fortunate and glad to be staying at The Islander, Praslin. This is a fantastic location especially with a beautiful private beach. Also special thanks to Miette and Patrick who actually went out of the way to help us when we incidently left some money when we checked out and they arranged to handover our money at Mahe. This is indeed a great gesture and we really loved knowing them. This is a must stay place!

Pros: The food and dining room stuff where excelent !!!
Cons: The room was not very clean, there where ants and lizards. Some of the room applineces not functional like minibar and ceiling fan.
Excellent 9.6
We stayed at the suite room which was facing the swimming pool, spacious, clean and decorated with hibiscus flowers. The lady at the reception and the staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. They helped us arranging taxi for pickup and drops. It was our honeymoon and hotel treated us with a sparkling wine bottle in the room. Hotel is walking distance from the Castello beach. Great for tourists who have rented a car. Car rentals are easily available nearby. Airport is nearby and Anse Georgette beach on Lemuria hotel is not too far from this place. Thanks for the great hospitality!
Good 7.0
Pros: Comfy, spacious room. Friendly reception, and staff in general.
Cons: Very close to the airport runway, you could hear the aicraft very loudly and often from very early to very late at night
Okay 5.6
The staff was nice acomodating us but for what it is, its location and favilities, it is expensive and not worth staying, unless you have a car and will drive around. Would not stay there again.
Good 7.5
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff, elegant structure with swimming pool, large and comfortable room, hot water and big shower, very good WiFi connection, close to the bus stop
Cons: far from all the nice beach, need to take the bus every day; except the little shop outside, there is practically nothing around
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: The pool. The balcons
Cons: The was no electricity for 6 hours during the day, food is poor and not delicious, the refused to give us each day 2 bottles of water. No hot water.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very proactive in helping which is very appreciable.
Cons: Breakfast options are limited.
Good 6.7
Pros: Nice pool, rather nice breakfast, close to the airport (if you fly here)
Cons: Only some small "private" beaches nearby (no problem if you rent a car). No big deal but some noise from the small airport nearby.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Breakfast was always ritch and satisfying. Very beautiful island away from the main island mahe
Cons: Airport to noisy a bit, but you do not recognize it if you stay longer
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very big and comfortable room with big one double bed and one more single bed. Very patient and friendly staff. Excellent food, breakfast and dinner with different menu 1 2 3 4 for every day. With possibility to ask for special dishes. Room was cleaned and organized very well every day. Balcony in front of the pool with private pool bed.

Good 6.0
Pros: The location is perfect from the airport. Very close to Anse Georgette. Excellent staff who are warm and welcoming. The property isn't very huge but it's beautiful and has a very calming vibe. The beach front is quite picturesque. Lower floor rooms are really nice, the breakfast menu is also good.
Cons: The upper rooms had old interiors, and the cracks between the wooden ceiling beams houses lizards who are noisy especially at night. Water bottles are provided only on arrival regardless of the duration of the stay. They're not replenished on every house keeping service.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, clean and very nice staff
Cons: Old, it needs a bit of renovation.. food was not at that level
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel looks great, clean rooms with daily cleaning, clean pool, beach close position, sun beds at the beach, helpfull staff and reception. Easy driving by local public bus around the island.
Cons: Dinner selection is strongly International food oriented, we would prefer more creole and seafood. Very limited selection, the pizza was relatively good, but when I want pizza, i'll go to Italy not to Seychelles.
Good 6.0
Pros: Spacious room. Hotel is child/baby friendly. Dinner was out of this world. Hats off to the chef!
Cons: Room was a bit stuffy. Limited beach access. Remote location. Overpriced.
Excellent 10.0
Good value, clean, friendly, close to shops, on buss route, good food. Sheff prepared 2 wishes that hubby caught, delicious. Breakfast needs a little attention. Limited fruit not a wide range of food
Excellent 9.2
Pros: ...GREAT VALUE ...Great location with smal private beach with shaded loungers and hamacs. Very close to beautiful Anse Georgette ...Very spacious bedroom, a bit outdated but with comfortable bed ...Very spacious bathroom ...Greatest staff ...Bikes on site ...Nice breakfast by the sea ...Nice pool
Cons: A bit humid in downstairs bedroom
Excellent 10.0
I had an amazing time during my stay at Castello Beach Hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful in every aspect. Laura, the manager during our stay, answered our questions about locations, things to do, and also help with scheduling a trip for snorkeling and resting a car. Their suggestion on point of interest or things to do was to the point that you won't be disappointed. In general, my main concern is the cleanliness of the facility. When we checked in, I was impressed with their facility. Rooms were spotlessly clean; everything was fresh. I didn't even see a bug in the room. The hotel is in a quiet area where you can enjoy nature. Closer to shops where you can buy your daily needs. There is a lot of hiking trails close by. All hiking trails are leading to the most beautiful beached in Praslin, Seychelles. Overall I enjoyed my stay and
Excellent 10.0
We stayed in two different hotels in Seychelles but Castello Beach was our favourite one. Make sure you book a halfboard as they have great breakfast and dinner too with wide variety. Trust me we tried several options to eat in Seychelles but Castello was far the best choice. The room is spacious and it was cleaned each and every day. The pool and its outdoor seating facilities are amazing and you can simply enjoy your sunset from one of their sunbed or even from the pool. The staff was really friendly and helpful during our whole stay. The nicest beaches on Praslin (anse Georgette and Anse Lazio) can be reached by a nice walk.
Good 7.9
Pros: Pool area was nice enjoyed the swimming. Bathroom and bedroom were large and comfy.
Cons: Balcony of our room was very small. No sea front for swimming.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing pool, view, seating areas next to the beach. Friendly staff, really good value for money.
Cons: Room needs a little bit more charm but overall really worth the price!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a beach property that is cozy and close to everything.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The only nice thing about the property was the pool.
Cons: The check in time is 12 noon and we reached there by 12 noon. But it took the reception 2 hours to get us a room. And unsurprisingly we were not the only ones waiting for a room to be allocated. There were a few others who waited atleast for a couple of hours. Even after the room was allocated we had to wait another hour (plus multiple calls to the reception) to get our luggage sent to the room. The cleanliness is bad. There were insects crawling on the serving plates. The dishes weren't washed properly. The breakfast was bad with very few hot food options. The reception staff attitude is really bad. The reception staff try to get you to pay a high amount if you book a taxi from them. It is better to arrange your airport/sightseeing transfers from else where.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: friendliness and cleanliness
Cons: everything was good.
Good 7.0
Pros: Pool!!!
Cons: Finally we stayed one hour on the reception for the check in. Breakfast served not in time (7.30 not ready yet). Receptionist could inform us automatically how we can reach Anse Lazio - nicest beach on the Praslin, where a reservation through the reception is in advance needed. Fontains in the pool have been repaired by a guy for 3 days in a row - this caused very unpleasant feeling, mess and bad view in the whole pool area. Pool was not super clean.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff
Cons: The location, the food options, the pool, breakfast,basically... nothing.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: near to airport
Cons: - we booked the place only due to swimming pool, however the pool was not operational when we reached, this should have been informed to us beforehand. - Staff is very rude and gets zero marks in hospitality - the WiFi was not working properly all the time - our room was on the first floor- there were no lights on the stairs and there was water on it - could have slipped - they said they will charge €50 if you check out even a minute after 10 am ! - we felt it was a waste of money to book this place and spoiled our vacation
Excellent 9.6
Great location, excellent staff, good food and a perfect pool bar!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The property is quiet & relatively clean. The staff is quite helpful (as opposed to some of the reviews I read stating otherwise). The room as well as the bathroom are quite spacious. There was a separate shower area and bathtub area in the bathroom. Our room was on the ground floor and right next to the restaurant, reception & swimming pool. The pool was big and clean. The WiFi was also quite decent (I couldnt get my laptop to connect though). The bus stop was very close from the main gate of the hotel. We even got umbrellas from the hotel since it was raining. We didnt really try the restaurant, so cant comment on that front.
Cons: The resort was located a little away from most of the hot spots in Praslin. Even general stores were a good 5-10 minute walk away. Also, for those looking for a beach close to the resort, we didnt find any during our stay (although to be fair, we didnt even try to look for one). We reached here on a Sunday and most of the shops were shut (of course this was not the resort's fault). The bathroom had a spider when we just checked into the room & from time to time, we would find caterpillars roaming in our room. But I dont think this is the resort's fault since Praslin seems to be a place where there are a lot of insects in general.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Relaxing by the pool at night was great. The beach in front of the hotel was not the best but the facilities was great. There is a bus station near by and if renting a car, there is a parking in the hotel. Staff was super nice especially in the restaurant and bar.
Cons: Too distant from the Lazio beach.

Pros: The cottage is extremely spacious, neat and comfortable, everything was very clean, and the design is lovely; modern but still has an island vibe because of all the wood. It's a quiet, calm location, perfect for relaxing, and it's only a short drive away from Anse Lazio. The owner was very nice, even gave us a free ride to the port on our last day.
Cons: The only thing missing is a net over the bed, to protect you from all the mosquitoes. The beach was nice to look at, but swimming wasn't an option, at least in February when we were there, because the water was too shallow. The location is nice, if you have a car. Otherwise you have to take a bus to get groceries or go to lunch, as there isn't anything available in walking distance. Also, walking isn't an option as there are no sidewalks and the roads are very narrow and dangerous. But the bus station is right in front, and buses are actually a lot of fun; their driving is definitely an experience, and all the locals are so nice and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A traditional house in front of the beach. Clean, perfect service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host (Francis) is a very friendly guy, willing to help you with any advice you might need in order to make your stay pleasant. Also the cottage is clean, a lady coming daily to clean it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The out door view is great! And the whole family of the host are really nice. It's very close to Anse Lazio & Cote d'Or, which we think are the best anses on this island.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Stayed here 5 nights for the second half of our Seychelles trip, after Mahe and La Digue. Even though we were spoiled so far with amazing beaches, this little bay (Anse Possession) is just breathtaking, especially that you can look at it from your terasse while having breakfast or a drink! Francis was very supportive with all our inguiries and we went also to a boat trip with his brother Bruno’s staff. (We had visited the giant tortoise on Curieuse island, had a nice trail there plus very good barbecue food then snorkeling with many fishes at St Pierre) There is a small shop uphill, otherwise no shop, takeaway or restaurant on in this bay, but Cote d’Or is not far. Anse Lazio we reached by bus, it was about 12 min bus plus 15 walking. Otherwise busses are a bit hectic, but Francis also helped us to arrange a car for 2 days which was good to discover the island’s other parts. Don’t miss Anse Georgette, write a mail/call Lemuria Resort few days before to receive a permit, it is a very nice beach, amazing waves.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good location nearby the beach, a rental car is a must have anyway on the island, so great value for the money. Francis will provide great attention as he did with us, great overall experience
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location of the property was good and the host was very friendly and helpful.
Okay 4.6
Pros: Just the location.
Cons: The host was rude, I guess he is like that only.

It’s need to improve there facilities in the hotel. Also, the room service, there is nothing to eat after 9:30 pm or 10 pm. The stuff was really nice and friendly
Okay 4.6
Pros: The room was spacious, staff very friendly, helpful and food was delicious although the choice was limited. Entertainment like live music was very nice at night as there is not much to do around the hotel.
Cons: The hotel needs renovation. Tiles and wooden door look old. The hair dryer and shower were hardly working. We get soap from a dispenser in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner. We visited Praslin in July and it was very windy at the hotel. Ten minutes drive away, the weather was sunny, warm and we didn’t feel like going back to the hotel. We could hardly use the swimming pool or swim in the sea at the hotel. We did not like the location at all. There is no restaurant nearby the hotel, so we had no choice but to eat at the hotel every night.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast and location was superb.
Cons: They should provide pick up and drop from and to, to airport and jettys and they should provide complimentary breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons: Beach at this resort was very dirty they could of cleaned the seaweed first impressions always good not in this case thou.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: NOTHING AT ALL! Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 28 years!
Cons: Dirty rooms, food poisoning, beach was awful, staff were so incredibly rude! Broken air con, bugs everywhere in the room and they charge you for WiFi (what a joke!) BE WARNED!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The stay was really excellent. I was there as a tour leader of a group of 19 adults. So we used 10 rooms out of 12. I was a bit worried before our arrival, regarding some bad reviews from other travellers. But because everything was perfect, I have to write revied too. The pool is just after renovation, looks really nice. The rooms are clean. The staff was excellent and really very attentive. Many of us had several dinners in the hotel restaurant and they were very tasty. Even some people not staying in this hotel arrive for meals in this restaurant. The breakfast had several choices - eggs (cooked in different styles), fresh fruit too.
Good 6.3
Pros: Excellent position, nice and very good staff, willing to help and advise you for anything you want. Is also located in front of beautiful beach.
Cons: Too quiet island and very expensive country. Compare to other tropic countries is too expensive without reason . Because of this the hotel value-for-money is not worth it.
