Pros: While swimming in the indoor pool, my wedding band fell off and I was not aware. The next day I notice it was missing so I call the hotel and they found my ring. They were kind enough to mail my ring to me at no charge. They were also very nice about it.

Pros: We LOVED the hotel. It was in a great location close to the wedding venue and right next to our friends hotel. Very secure, and safe.

Pros: The location is fine. The room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was nice although not very knowledgable.

Cons: We were given a handicapped room which was not ideal since were not handicapped. The fold down bench in the tub would not stay folded up out of the way. The TV didn't work upon arrival but we were not allowed to switch rooms because we booked through booking.com instead of straight through the motel. They did get the TV to work after a while. We stayed there specifically to swim but the pool was closed due to covid and we were not informed of this until after we checked in. All in all a very dissappointing stay.

Cons: there was a spider with a web there to visit me when I went to turn on the lamp on the desk. Unfortunately for him, he won't be there to great any other guests. It didn't seem the a/c was working properly as it turned off and on a lot even though I know the room was not 65 as the thermostat was set. I wish whoever set up the computers in the business center would reconfigure the printers so you don't have to go ask somebody how to print off a page. Thats all!

Pros: Friendly & helpful staff. My mobile phone erased the key cards multiple times but the staff handled each occurrence of re-coding the cards as if it were the first. They also exchanged several large bills for smaller ones for my snack-vending needs.

Cons: The room was clean, however, it had an unpleasant odor. Possibly just in need of a thorough carpet deep-cleaning (it was a non-smoking room). I bought a can of dry air-freshener and sprayed directly onto the carpet and all was well after that.

Cons: The room.had a broken light they left that way

Pros: The breakfast was very tasty. The location was good. The house keeping and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Dirty towels, hair in bathroom, hair in sink. It says “breakfast is included” but they told me they don’t even sell it right now, and breakfast was main reason why I picked this hotel over other better ones that don’t have included breakfast.

Cons: In a state of disrepair. Hotel property is neglected. Overpriced for quality. This is a disgusting place.

Pros: Rooms and staff were great. Locations was perfect for what we had planned. Check the amenitys available. Else you may be paying for things you won't be able to use.

Cons: Paying for the swimming pool and hot tub and find out they are both out of order. No discount.

Cons: Check in at 10:45pm checked out at not Al time. No discounts offered for short stay. Was lying in bed and saw something out the corner of my eye, when I turned to look saw a cockroach crawling up the wall. Scared to fall asleep.

Pros: the location. mtgs were held across the road at the convention center.

Cons: the breakfast was horrible.........the pipes made noise. and the toilet bowl wouldn't stop running. had to get up to hit the flush again
