Pros:I flew in the WSU airplane. I love how Alaska paints some of their planes to reflect where they are from and where they are going. Maybe get a Vanderbilt plane. It will never go to Nashville, but it will advertise Alaska flies there.
Cons:Only apple juice, water, and coffee were offered for a beverage. Why no soda or alcohol? Yes it was a morning flight, but it's not morning time for every one on board. Some people drink soda or alcohol in the morning

Pros:I was called at the next gate for immediate boarding. He was a very friendly man. Someone helped me with my bag, because they knew I was running not to miss this flight. Alcoholic beverages complementary for 21+ passengers.
Cons:Almost missed my connection.

Pros:RUDE RUDE RUDE staff at PDX. Will never fly Alaska again. I'm a million miler with Delta for a reason. This was awful.

Cons:the airplane seats SUCK!!!!! sorry but both the trip out to NV and the one back to CA...thank God it was only 1.5hr flights!!! I truly could not have made it much longer. My back is not that bad. It is just that the seats are the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE WORN OUT HORRIBLE plane seats I have ever experienced. Try taking a flight yourself sometime...or better yet the CEO....Row 19...seat A/B...HORRIBLE. I wont fly Alaska again until I hear there have been improvements. Just cannot tolerate the discomfort.
