The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hostel is beautiful, well located and the accommodations are very efficient. Great kitchen. Nice terrace. Rooms are comfortable with enough space.

Comfy room and bed, with plenty of light. Big lockers and plugs near the bed. Overall very clean and tidy. Good shower and space for smokers outside. Nice "ambience", haven't tried the breakfast. Inexpensive. Attentive and joyful staff (thanks David)

All was good for me, but the establishment is not suitable for disabled people. Plenty of stairs inside and in the way there :)

The hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful with all of our questions. Very clean and quite hostal. Also you could have some drinks at the terrace which where pretty cheap. The location is perfect, it's close to the center

I liked the view. The checking in staff were friendly and most of the guest cheery and open.

Some of the cleaning women were rude.

The location,in the harts of Lisbon! The 2 receptionist, Giuan from day shift and Giuan from night shift, always polite and happy to help with their amazing suggestions Wonderful place

Unfortunately the cafe bar was under refurbishment, so couldn’t access to this area

The beds are soft and comfortable. It would be cleaned regularly.

The beds are a bit shaky and they squeak when climbing up.

Location is very good, right next the the Gloria ascending tram. Metro is just 5mins walk away. Bedroom is quite spacious for room of 10. The upper deck is quite difficult to climb. Kitchen is good, has free bread, free tea, cooking utensils, oven microwave. Wifi speed is very fast.

There is no place to hang our clothes in bathroom.

Staff are so friendly owner so nice I couldn't say anything wrong about safe stay it's fantastic

Location and the warm staff

Almost everything, clean bed, cheap price, good kitchen, fast internet, comfy bathroom.

Just that the men's toilet which is close to my room smelled bad and breakfast is expensive. Also, maybe they should mop the bathroom more frequently, or at least leave a mop for guests to mop after showering.

The staff was really friendly. They allowed us to keep our bags at the hostel in a locked room even after checking out, free of charge. He also helped us to find places around the city to see.

I would recommend to stay at this accommodation as it 5 mins walk to old city, well connected with 2 metro station and 5 mins walk to high street. The view are breath taking from my window of the Lisbon hill. I loved the vibe, breakfast and 24 hours helping staff at the front desk. They also printed my tickets for free and Mel at reception gave helfull advice how to explore the city. I stayed with a friend for a weekend and we both loved the vibe of the kitchen area!

No doubt , this is the best hostel I ever been too. First day of all , the staff was very friendly , helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness impecable , beds made , 3 minutes from town and alll facilities (metro , supermarket , restaurants) walking distance from. Again , I want to highlight how good of a hosts were the two guys that attended me. It’s a comeback for sure.

Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Hostel is clean. Good location.

Only 2 showers and 2 toilets for the whole hostel. Showers are right by the kitchen/main entry and light switch is outside the shower rooms. First night I was there someone switched the light off on me mid-shower, so I had to use the shower in the dark since there were people passing by outside the shower room.

The showers were not totaly clean, and no heater anywhere so it was cold in the shower and the rooms (stayed in january)

The sliding glass door was confusing.

I loved the views from the balcony terrace. The secreted garden. The old lounge bar. The building itself. It's potential. They built new showers downstairs: very clever move. Great for early morning checkouts. The large kitchen which had become a meet and greet spot as the lounge was being worked on. I discovered the little launderette which €3 for wash and €2 to dry. A tiny outhouse in the back. There you will also find spaces up steps. A garden. Tables chairs.

The bar and lounge were having a refit which has been going on for weeks. It didn't really need a full refit.

I liked the bar the large terrace and the superb view. It is also well situated and lively.

The doors in the showers opened inward and most showers were too small for me to dry themselves. Also there was only one stove for cooking. 4 rings but the pans were all the casserole type, large. I stayed here for weeks but the final 8 days I had a room full of very talkative Portuguese young men working in the pizza delivery business. It meant I slept late and woke up late. Still I will be going back.

I didn't like only the towel. If you wanted to rent one you need to pay.

Shower room was a bit uncomfortable because there was no place to put or hang on my stuff.

Theft in the kitchen was a problem, even though I labeled my food, much of it was taken.

A renovation was ongoing that kind of made a little bit bad image in the beginning but all in all - everything super!

I just like everything here. Staffs are super helpful. Lovely and happy. The location of the hostel is just perfect and the room I am is amazing. I could say it's the best hostel in Lisbon for me until now. Super recommend.

Kitchen is great place for socialize with the people who are foreign and portuguese also. Staff was very good at their work and if you want to have nice days in Lisbon, i recommend this hostel✌

I didn't like my room comfort.

Hostel is centrally located and close to major tourist sights. Well connected with tram and metro. Rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. Staff is really accomodating and helps a lot.

Breakfast was a bit expensive for the options offered. You have to climb up a hill to reach the hostel which is uncomfortable with luggage.

Very friendly staff and always there to help. There were many great guests as well. It is a very friends place. Lots of stairs for good cardio. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I really enjoyed staying there.

They are remodeling the showers, so this might be fixed, but there is no place to put your towel or clothes except the door handle or the wet floor.

The staff were fantastic! Really polite, friendly and welcoming.

Bedding and pillows provided could have been thicker. Ended up with a very stiff neck my entire stay.

It's hard to climb the up bed so i changed into the down bed

The beds were a bit too hard for my opinion but that was the only thing.

It was clean and straight forward. The best price i could find. With a lot of space and great view safe stay is the best place in town.

Sometimes people in common area block the sofas. Do not do that guys. Also clean after you cook sometimes with the guests is not so clear. It was not that dirty but still.

I am telling you guys, there was one of the best hostel I have ever stayed. The location is absolutely great, you can get everywhere very easily. The facilities are also very good (kitchen equipment, hair dryers, washing machines etc.). The stuff was fantastic. I highly recommend!!!

The showers are very tiny and I hardly could move there.
