Cons: An airline not only with the best service but the best looking flight attendants. They genuinely smile

Pros: Some crew members are not helpful with simple requests, not even an update about the request from multiple employees. Used to consider Emirates the best in hospitality. Food was awful on some parts of the journey.

Cons: Boarding was confused and disorganized, but that seems to be a common problem with ground staff at all Indian airports

Pros: The crew was super attentive. The seats were really confortable. I loved that the seat would completely flatten to make a « bed », wonderfully for sleeping!

Cons: The check in and boarding in Kathmandu was really not good. I requested wheelchair assistance when I booked, and was never offered a wheelchair nor any assistance for that matter ...

Pros: Nothing really, seats were to close to each other and it was a painful flight for 20 hrs

Cons: Leg-space between seats specifically when the person in front of you reclines

Pros: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Cons: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Cons: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Pros: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Cons: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Cons: Nada, I slept through this leg and the staff let me be.

Pros: Everything was great from the crew to the seats to the food. Right now this tops all my previous trips with other airlines.

Cons: Devices need to be checked as the handheld device on my seat (24H) was not functional. That's not really a complaint but merely a feedback.

Cons: The seats are hard. More leg room please. Better entertainment with more recent clicks required. Toilet seat needs to stay upright. The eating tables should be straight. Should be able to recline our seats more.

Cons: Slight inconvenience having to wait for a connecting flight, which delayed our arrival plans at the destination....

Cons: No screens or headphones on board, you had to download an app on your phone and use your own earphones to watch a very limited amount of films/tv shows. Very tight seats, not reclining enough. It was like being on a low cost flight but for 5 hours. Very uncomfortable.
