staff was helpful and pleasant but hotel wasn't good. Window couldn't be closed properly, shower didn't work well and at times there were no hot water, and there was mold in the bath. very noisy, not just from the street, that was manageable, but from the dinning room which is on the last floor
walking distance to Taksim and Old town is around 2-3km or bus stations just a few minutes away. next to big supermarket and local eateries. for the time being there is no closeby mosque and hardly disturbed by the prayer blast, but a new mosque is under construction right in front of the hotel, this might not be pleasant in the future.
poor wifi connection. breakfast is passable.
Breakfast was awful. Far from metro station . Wifi was disconnect every night
All is good..
Nothing is good !! Just a little positive atmosphere about the staff, but the whole is a lose of money ! Really I could not find anything positive about this hotel and in my opinion it was terrible !!
First of all, there is no any safe box in the room !! Second, if you arrive at the night (like my case), the reception in the night shift could not speak english at all !!! Third, they get all of the money at your arrival, which is not good because you may want to complain about anything and ask for changing your room. Fourth, the breakfast is not a buffet, even there is no coffee ! just in one plate, some little items are vacuumed and you can pick one of them ... ! The last and the most terrible thing was that, 2 days of my stay in this hotel the power was completely out !! could you believe this !! I mean for whole 2 days, the air conditioner, internet, TV, lights, power outlets, elevators and .... was off and when I've complained about it, they just told me that there is a failure in distribution lines in the street, and when I told them that they must have had an auxiliary generator for such this case, and the room is so hot and the charge of my phone is empty, they have just telling me that it will be OK soon soon soon ! but the Soon wasn't come !! So I had to change my hotel.
