Pros (+) I’m regular costumer to Room Mate in Istanbul and been also to other branches, thy are authentic in design and targeting consumers.
Cons (-) Although I love the hotel and the friendly front desk, I found some of the celaneeing staff rude and unprofessional and racist to some people, which is against the owner or the hotel management strategy and believes. I did not complain to hotel at moment . Hopping by this evaluation and remarks i will get the top management in Roommate Hotels attention.
