Pros: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Cons: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

Smooth trip

Pros: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Pros: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Cons: Everything was OK

Pros: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Pros: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Cons: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Klm doing better than delta

Pros: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Cons: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Pros: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Cons: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.

Cons: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.
