Guests consistently highlight the hotel's outstanding service, with many mentioning the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, especially in the kids club and at the pool. Cleanliness is another strong point, as rooms and public areas are described as very clean and well-maintained. The restaurant receives high marks for its diverse and delicious food, catering to various dietary needs, though a few guests note repetitive options or limited seafood. The location is appreciated for its proximity to the sea, beautiful surroundings, and well-kept grounds. Some minor criticisms include the small territory, crowded beach or pool areas, and occasional dissatisfaction with specific amenities, but overall, guests are very satisfied with their stay.
