Pros (+) Food was good... Never before have I thought, "This salad has too much bacon..." Pool with swim up bar is nice. When we needed towels, roll out bed, etc. service was prompt.
Cons (-) Our room service dishes sat outside our room about 24 hours before they were picked up. Gross! Tub drained slow & bathroom needs updating. No washer/dryer. Room was too warm and a/c wouldn't get cold enough.
Pros (+) Location was close to the Texas Lions Camp. We needed a place close to this location to pick up my daughter from camp and to stay before our drive back home in the morning.
Cons (-) The place is TIRED AND OLD. The smell of MOLD AND MILDEW in the room was unacceptable. The room SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RENTED OUT IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. Upon checking in (around 5pm Friday night), we noticed a terrible odor in the room. We only dropped our bags off, so we did not realize how bad it was.
