Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which is close to the beach, town, and local attractions. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about noise, particularly from the pub and cleaning staff, as well as issues with accessibility due to the lack of an elevator and many stairs. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms and shared facilities described as clean, while others reported issues. Overall, the positives centered around location and service, but noise and accessibility were significant drawbacks.
