|Top route||Seoul Gimpo Intl to Jeju City|
|Top airport||Incheon Intl|
It was ok, very crowded. That's a long flight Tobe so tightly together. Video was not up to par either, poor quality equipment.
Korean air has the best in-flight food and entertainment out of all the airlines I’ve been on.
Why you have as a matter of the length of the customers do not understand what should be inconvenienced, and child's mother, for one day delay forced the plane to their airplane all at the airport to cancel. you can't sleep at night.And inhospitable to really disappointed in the Delta holding a microphone in front of boarding, employees.Be inconvenienced like this you have to ask why we are paying.
Korean Airlines has excellent service as usual. Will definitely fly with them next time.
Multiple Passport checks Better communication for English speaking traveling people.
Large knee space. Good food, accommodating staff.
Here at flight entertainment.
Accommodating flight attendants. Good knee space. Good food.
Worst experience I've had in 50 yrs of flying.... Rebooked....no luggage...n no offer of anything.... Possible I'll never fly Delta again
Could have been better if my connection wasn't delayed to the point I wouldn't have made my international connection. Then was rebooked where I had almost 8 hr wait.. Then I get to Manila but no luggage. Top it off Delta has not offered me anything . Good possibility I'll never fly Delta again!!!
Delta is horrible from start to finish
Everything. Was great except the delay.
Crew was very nice.
Nothing could have been better. Korean airlines is by far the best airlines I have travel. Thanks for your incredible service.
The crew/flight attendants should not participate loudly with friends while working. Others are tired from long flights, it is inconsiderate. Thank you.
Everything was wonderful. Just wish you would have selection for those that don’t eat meat. Love your airline! Thank you.
boarding by bus(riding about 10 mins)
The crew were great the food was just ok
they changed my destination to salt lake city instead of san antonio.i dont know what happening on your system and my baggage is no where to be found now. I waited my baggage in Lax that caused delay on my flight going to san antonio but the baggage is still missing.
The flight was great. The flight crew were all gorgeous women who were very helpful. The seat situation is not as awarsome but only because I’m a 6’8” giant!
It was a good flight.
everything was better than US carriers.
The airline was the worse I couldn't abord my flight and I did not get my money back. I'm a military service member
I couldn't abord my flight because of the airline and I didn't get my money back 😓 + I'm a military service member I'm late to my duty called. So I didn't get my money back and I had to buy another flight.
It could be better if you let the seniors check in,like the family with children. I’m pertaining the seniors that are not in the wheelchair who are in the long line with other passengers. It will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Never flew could not board cause of delay in Covid test resolute then was ask to pay 4 thousand to rebook
Good flight good service
Was a quick flight less than an hour. He gave me two packs of gold fish. Which is fine but of course compared to my other flights, well no comparison, but the flight was less than an hour.
Same as my past comment made.
Korean Air was very friendly and professional! I am kinda tall and skinny so my legs cramped up and my butt hurt after awhile, I used my pillow to sit on. Not a fault of the airline just a bit uncomfortable, but it was long flights.
On board Korean Air flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Korean Air assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
