Pros: The particular flight attendant serving our area seemed rude.

Cons: Flight was cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION. I learnt about it when i reached the airport - 3 hours before departure. And there was absolutely no one from Lufthansa available - innperson or on phone.

Cons: Unable to travel due to Corona restrictions, company would not refund ticket.

Pros: Customer service by the crew

Cons: Lufthansa still charges full price like usual, but on a 8+ hour flight to serve a cat size meal of pasta soaked in some pesto sauce is unacceptable! Thank god I had lunch at Frankfurt before departure! Covid-19 should not be an excuse for lack of services! I work for a company which falls into the Essential business category and despite the pandemic we NEVER EVER compromised with the top quality of our product! I am so dissatisfied with Lufthansa and what they have become, pale shadow of a great company, very sad....

Cons: See above. United sold me a ticket they knew would get me sent back after being detained

Pros: Getting put in a German Airport jail and being yelled at by men with sub machine guns for being a US Citizen and nothing more.

Cons: United Airlines knew the border was closed and told me since I was only transferring, I’d be fine. It wasn’t fine and I was detained and sent back. Inexcusable

Cons: Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again

Cons: We understand the COVID-19 crisis but a drink on board other than water will not have bid cost impact on Air Canada, for instance juice or cola,... Also, access on internet on board is now payable -$25 for the flight is exaggerated, it should be free knowing the limited number of passengers on board

Cons: Better menu options and in-flight service

Pros: The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic.

Cons: Any semblance of social responsibility or ethical behavior.

Pros: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.
