Convenient and pleasant facility
Despite the central location, noise was not an issue. Room was clean and had enough space to work at the desk as well as ample storage.
Getting out from the hotel on the last morning was difficult - all the lifts were very busy and it was about a ten minute wait (the first lift that came had no space in t because a staff member was transporting a large laundry cart despite how busy it was). But this was the only gripe in a five night stay.
Basic, but does it well
Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location, excellent value, quiet rooms
TV could be better
Great staff meals from room service excellent breakfast in cafe excellent
Poorly sign posted very hard to find up small alley even when getting close TV had lots of channels missing fixed next morning room quite small for amount charged
Functional, good service
LOCATION & AGE OF THE BUILDING SAVES THE PRICE
Right room size. Good bed and good shower.
Internet limit for guests WiFi sucks!
Great friendly staff, big thanks to Emily and the crew there for wishing me a happy birthday whilst I was there too
Room was comfortable. Central location (though hard to find for a first time visitor because it is on a small side street. Price was very good compared with most downtown Melbourne hotels.
All the extra charges. WiFi is free only in the lobby and only for 15 minutes per day. We had to pay $50 for wifi for three days. Parking added $20 extra day.
