Cons (-) Very noisy. Heard the people next to us and above us like they were in our room. The train would go by every few hours throughout the night and I was woken up three times from the whistle.

Cons (-) Noisy (near train tracks). Did not have the room we anticipated on late arrival (despite calling ahead to advise re flight delay).
Pros (+) Very clean, nice room. Service was superb; very courteous personnel. I forgot to give my key to the valet and (after calling to confirm) he came upstairs to get it rather than asking me to bring it down. Excellent. Also, I get the feeling that this is the nicest hotel in Modesto area; the locals all seemed impressed that I was staying there lol.
Cons (-) It's RIGHT next to the train tracks, and a loud train comes by at least once an hour at night. They provide earplugs for guests, but I recommend asking for a room that's NOT facing the tracks.
