Pros (+) Front desk was helpful, bed was comfortable and location was great!
Cons (-) Failed to clean room before last night's stay, so no clean towels, sheets, pillow cases and trash not taken out but they did turn our AC way up, not what i was hoping for getting back from the uber hot beach. Also i was told the pool was closed.

Cons (-) The beds had hair in the sheets and dirt. Bug in the shower, all but one plug worked, and the shower took forever to drain so really you are taking a shower plus bath at the same time. Canceled the second night and got a new hotel room

Cons (-) TV remote didn't work. Phone in the room didn't work. A/C cut on and off and did not cool the room nearly enough. The room stayed hot, making it difficult to sleep.

Cons (-) Obviously an older hotel with maintenance issues. Major roof leak in our room that was never addressed & we couldn't be moved to another room because hotel was full. Walls were thin -- we could hear people on both sides of us including bathroom noises! TV quality so poor we couldn't watch it. Mediocre free breakfast was packed with people and not enough seating. We would not stay here again.

Cons (-) Mattresses need to be replaced or at least turned. Both beds had broken down edges where people had sat. Only one easy chair and it not comfortable. Chair at desk too large for area and always in way. Lobby personnel snarly and curt. Not welcoming or friendly. We arrived hour or so before three and woman at desk was rude and acted as if we were invading her private space. Then we were made to wait...
