Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and communication, with many reviewers highlighting positive interactions at reception and with other employees. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, especially in private rooms and bathrooms, though a few guests noted issues in shared spaces. The breakfast was frequently described as very good, and the lively bar and social atmosphere were also popular, adding to the overall positive experience. Wonderful
Loren, Nov 2017
Pros (+) The location was great, about a block from the central station, so it was easy to take a train or tram to anywhere in the city. The beds were comfortable and had nice little shelves and a bed light. The dorms and the bathroom were clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hostel has a bar, which was a fun place to begin and end a night out. Basically, everything was great, and I'd ...
Cons (-) I can't think of anything I didn't like.
