Pros (+) Was available for booking on 3 weeks notice, though maybe that’s more of a red flag than a positive around Oktoberfest
Cons (-) Hotel was filthy - literal, actual dirt on the walls. Cockroaches in the rooms. This was basically a hostel, but with your own (terrible) bathroom rather than a shared one.
