Owner & staff are friendly,helpful & with good hospitality. The place have a homey feels and our room is huge and eveything works except the cable box , but was replaced with a working one by their staff later. Our room has a sliding door exit to a garden where you can smoke or chill. This place is pet friendly and we have our little darling shih-tzu with us . We also can pared our car inside the compound which is very small and can only accomodate 3 cars max i think. Lastly it even come with a simple breakfast. Highly recommended

For the price, the room is very very big and well designed. Feels like Balinese designed room with a nice private garden to chill. Really good value for money.

Pros: Honestly love everything there 😊 Highly recommend for those easy-going, love green garden, and local lifestyle of southern Thai people. It's been over 10 years since my last visit to Na Khon Sri Thammarat, and I have no clue which area and place I should stay. Baan Na Khon is the best choice for me and my mom. We'll definitely come back again to this place.

The room rate was so cheap compared to the size of the room that you book(I booked a suite room) Hotel is pretty old but still well maintained. Only one thing that I don't really like was breakast. Overall exceding my expectation for hotel in the upcountry!

Location is the best thing of this hotel. 5-star hotel should have bellboys for carrying our luggage. The room is too old also furnitures (beds, tables, bath, water sink, dressing table, air conditioner) There was no toothbrush, shower cream and keycard can be replace by any thin hard paper. 5 Electrical plug could be used just 1. Smell of carpet in room are dirty and full of dust. Nice breakfast!

Hotel is good and clean. The room I stay have a little issue with the toilet spray tap as it was leaking and they had closed the tap. The spray was leaking seriously and actually if it leave it on, the whole night you will hear the water sound. My friend room was on the 5th floor and she told us it was noisy due to someone keep opening and closing the doors for the whole night and as well as there are other knocking sound no sure it came from.

I stayed at this hotel during the December floods in Nakhon Si Thammart. The staff there made sure I took my car to safe parking where it wouldn't get damaged. The drove me to the store. Restaurants were closed so they heated up food for me. THEY ARE THE BEST! Great breakfast included too.

Pros: Breakfast was fine, both Western and Thai dishes with real hot meals. Very quiet. I must mention the receptionist Ms Matt who went out of her way to help and plan trips, sightseeing etc. Her good English is also a plus.Location near the main road and the airport van no 8. Also next door is a huge shopping mall.

Cons: I found a few hairs on the floor. Ants are common in Thailand, so best not to leave any crumbs around. The bathroom sink has a tap with cold water only and very weak pressure.

I met 3 receptionists and none of them know how to smile. Even none of them gave me eye contact while they talked with me.

It's clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and food is decent. Overall would recommend for the price.

Looks like nothing changed since late 80s in the hotel. Highly not recommended

Room seemed out of proportion compared to what one is used to. Back off road so quiet. Rural outlook. Just out of City a bit but 711 across the road and eating places nearby. No coffee facilities. Staff no English.

Kanta Hill is a comfortable, friendly place to stay. It’s just off the main road, in a good location but is but quiet and pretty. The room was big and everything was very clean. They also have a restaurant and coffee shop. The owners were lovely, and made us feel very welcome. They even gave us a Durian to try and let my partner pick some mangosteen from their trees!

Pros: The owners and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Though their English can be improved, they still tried their best to communicate just to make us have a comfortable stay. Thanks kanta hill resort!!! Cheers to your business.
