Most guests were very satisfied with their stay, highlighting the hotel's excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient central location near attractions and transport. The breakfast, especially on the rooftop, received many compliments for its taste and view, though a few noted limited choices. Cleanliness of rooms and facilities was consistently praised.
