Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and access to public transport. Many reviewers also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall value for money. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding the onsen and bathrooms, with several guests encountering issues such as dirty water or insufficient cleaning. Room sizes were generally considered acceptable for Japan, though some found them small. Despite some negative feedback about bathroom conditions and cleanliness, the positive aspects of location and service stood out most.
