Cons (-) Dishonestly take your money up front, but when you get there it is in the middle of a huge construction site. You have no chance of sleeping late morning/day, which is when you need to sleep in this area (bars nightlife obviously) Then, rather than offer a refurn for hiding decisive facts, the owner wants to charge more for a quieter (bit still noisey) room. Poor. Avoid this place at all costs.
