Pros (+) We had a balcony room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, very clean. The beds were comfortable as well. My significant other is 6'1" and he really appreciated the tall showers. The breakfast was really good, especially for a continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Cons (-) The view from the balcony was the back of a restaurant.

Pros (+) This hotel was a great bargain. It has 2 hot tubs, a large indoor pool, an outdoor lazy river and a waterside. The continental breakfast was fantastic and they have complimentary cookies and popcorn each night. They also have complimentary water (flavored and regular) available 24/7. Pros (+) This is our second stay at Clarion Inn Dollywood. The first visit was pleasant and this trip was the same. Our room was clean, the desk staff was very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Cons (-) The door closure in our room is not calibrated correctly. Instead of closing slowly it slams as soon as you let go of it. There is no delay. This needs to be repaired before it injures an adult or small child.
