Pros (+) Location to beach, pier, restaurants excellent. Corner room had a great view, it is a busy street and beach access so you do over look a parking lot to another business. Cons (-) Cleanliness was an issue for us. Found food stuck on silverware, rewashed everything before we could use anything, there is no dishwasher to clean dishes properly. Air vents dirty, tops of light bulbs very dirty and small bugs stuck in the dirt, lamp shades, carpets need cleaning. Rug needs replaced or cleaned well. Hair dryer needs cleaned out.
