Green and spacious each villa has its own private area for you allowing you to relax and unwind while you stay with us. Over the road you will find the white sands of Geographe Bay, for walks along the beach, swimming or take a ride along the path into Dunsborough town. The villas are designed for up to six people to enjoy their time. Just metres from Dunsborough's best beach, you will love the convenience of having this beautiful area on your back doorstep. Dunsborough's exciting cafes, bars, boutiques & restaurants are a few minutes walk or cycle away either via the tree lined streets of Old Dunsborough or along the breathtaking foreshore. The home is well designed to accommodate two families, with the living area upstairs, and seating on the balcony, read while the kids watch a movie. This home is designed to allow the morning and evening light, and to capture the cool evening breezes, with air conditioning and heating throughout. A fully equipped kitchen, compliments the space & comfortable sitting areas with easy access to the outdoor spaces to sit or where you can barbecue in amongst the peppi trees. Each living space has TVs with Netflix connected. The property offers two queen bedrooms and a third with two single beds all prepared with crisp linens. The master bedroom looks out over the open area to outside with private ensuite access, fitted with a spa bath, located on the second level. Guests have use of the Whitesands Beach Villas grounds for a game of cricket or lawn bowls and can park their boat in the spare spaces. There is plenty of room for your boat, bikes, canoes and stretching. Family or group of friends, this is a great place to come and enjoy some time away. Guests have exclusive use of Villa 1 with separate parking at the Villa that can easily accommodate four cars off street. We are based locally and can meet if required, we are available by phone and email. Over the road from Geographe Bay, local boat ramps, and easy access to the unique Margaret River food and wine region. The area boasts of local produce, boutique wine and beer, local artisans and artists and many natural attractions and experiences. Some of note are fishing during the salmon season over Easter, watching the whale migrations, surfing the many surf breaks, riding through Meelup reserve. For the foodies breakfast & coffee at Merchant & Maker or Goanna Gallery or just coffee at Silver Bullet Espresso down at the Old Dunsborough boat ramp, lunch at Wild Hop Brewery or Eagle Bay Brewery and dinner at Burgertron, Bayside Burger Bar or Yarri Restaurant depending on what you are feeling. Lots of flexibility having your own car, there are many options for bus tours, but local riding options are well worth trying out. ◦ ◦ HAMPERS We will organise locally made gourmet hampers and platters, including vegan and vegetarian options on request. ◦ MASSAGE For convenience, privacy, and relaxation, guests can request an in-house massage. ◦ YOGA INSTRUCTOR If you are interested in having a yoga instructor teach private classes at the house please contact us for referrals. ◦ DINING If you plan to have dinner at Yarri Restaurant + Bar, we strongly recommend making an advance reservation. ◦ WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS If you're interested in having a wedding or special event please let us know.
