PROS: Helpful/friendly tolerant Staff. Friendly atmosphere & other Guests mostly.CONS: There was no Toilet Paper in all of the upstairs WC's + needs a night light that stays on longer. Much cleaner Showers with Clothing Hooks would make a big difference. I didn't bother to shower there and had a wash instead. A few more rules about floor space/Bench space hygiene in rooms & kitchen. Felt overcrowded even when not at capacity. Lack of Utensils/cups/plates. Food storage fridges were Chokka's. Enforce a rule for "No Drugs allowed".
