Pros (+) The view was nice
Cons (-) When I when in the room there was hair already on the floor. With covid this has me extra worried that clearly the room had not been properly cleaned.

Pros (+) Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Location was good for visiting the north and south forks.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was lax in relation to the pull out bed. It was not made up when we arrived. When we complained very little was done. Only when we c complained for a second time was the bed made, and then not very well. This left a bitter taste for the rest of our stay.
