Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to Eat Street, the lake, and local attractions. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, with a few standout employees mentioned by name. However, several guests experienced issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and carpets, and found the bathrooms outdated. Service at check-in was often slow or disorganized, and some staff were described as unhelpful or rude. Breakfast quality was also criticized by a few guests. Despite these drawbacks, the location and some positive staff interactions were highlights for most visitors.
