Cons: The only small problem was that the bed was rather high when transferring from a wheelchair.

Pros: The breakfast was very French - as expected, more fruit and cereals would have been good. The staff were really helpful in suggesting where to go and visit. There was nowhere to walk near the hotel one had to use the car but it was only 10 minutes to the coast.

Pros: I really loved this hotel! the emplacement its perfect, the breakfast and brunch delicius and tasty. The better it was the staff, they let us take a shower after the day in the beach even when the reservation had finish! I really recommended! plenty of parking.

Pros: Friendly staff, very accommodating, room was clean, maybe the decor needs updating but otherwise very functional. Good shower and well laid out breakfast. Not a luxury hotel so do not expect the Four Seasons... but very good for what you are paying for and very good location near a public carpark which is free from 19:00Hrs till 08:00 Hrs and you get one hour free so effectively free from 6pm till 8am, also loved the fact that they supported the homeless during the Lockdown for Covid-19. Worth the stay to support them.

Pros: We had a family room which was good size for the 3 of us. The suite we stayed in had a separate extra room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, just steps away from the beach, and the restaurant is very good.

Cons: The room is not made for self-catering, it lacks even a kettle, so we had to cross to the restaurant to ask for hot water for the baby milk. The rooms on the ground floor have only a window on the court where laundry room and where staff go out for a smoke. Other rooms facing the street are better.

Cons: On the website it said that the premier doubles were on the ground floor so as I do not do lifts I did not make a request for this. Unfortunately we were on the fourth floor, but the receptionist carried my bag up for me.

Pros: The reception is great. Always good informed and they gave as great recommendations for restaurants. Although the hotel is direct between bus- and train-station it is really quiet. Parking is close and cheap. Very good fish-restaurants on the beach-side of the city.

Cons: The rooms are to small for 2 adults. More as 1 night is uncomfortable. Cleaning was not present. In the direct neighborhood of the hotel is nearly nothing. You need always the car.

It was resolved ok but then I owed .90 EU for tax & was told I couldn’t use a credit card & would have to go to an ATM... There were hairs in the sink. There was the ripped top of a sanitiser packet on the floor. You couldn’t sit on the toilet properly as the sink was in the way... the smallest room I’ve ever been in & I’ve been in a lot... double room but only just big enough for me & I’m skinny. Very noisy. Walls thin. Could hear the noise from the kitchen then also people next door & every time they used the sink or toilet you could hear the water. No parking. Was told free to park on road. But given no help to check if where I parked was ok. Receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask when I arrived & it obviously wasn’t just for a moment as she had to go to the restaurant to get her mask. Very disappointed with value for money here

This hotel is clean and well appointed. It is however very far from any facilities apart from the train station and does not have free parking. It is on a very busy street where parking is difficult to find. I have to comment that one of the female staff and she alone being the exception was extremely rude..

Pros: Larger than average accommodation and well kept interiors. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and presented and the location was excellent for exploring the town.

Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Setting sublime. It would be hard to surpass. View over sea beach and rocks outstanding. Terrace with sunbeds. A request for hot drinks on arrival was dealt with promptly.

Cons: Lack of maintenance. Regarding the terrace two of the wooden floor tiles were unstable,. One plinth was detached completely. There were nails missing or sticking out. As for the small room the TV and kettle were both on trailing extensions. The shower was slippery. Given the choice of daily cleaning, on the first day a wet towel was left in the shower. On the last day the spare toilet roll was not replaced. The badly fixed shower gel container fell from the wall.

Pros: I booked a room with terrace which was excellent for the view, the room was a little small but adequate for what we needed. Restaurant staff (esp Julia for translating the menu)were excellent, food very nice, plenty of parking

Pros: Very convenient place for us as it is in the center of the area where we want to visit. Very friendly host, small rooms and showers but well organized, we took the breakfast in the 1st day of stay but decided to take our breakfast until our last stay as we found it more convenient and well served, we enjoyed our stay in La Baule, we found our favorite food to eat La Moule au Roquefort in Pornichet Port, going there we took the Petit Train from La Baule it cost 2.50€ for one way, nice to stay the night in Pornichet Casino and around the area with lively good restaurants and bars, we profit the beautiful and clean beach of La Baule and the beach side restaurants called Le Gulf Steam we love their Risotto with Saint Jacques, we also like the Le Ponton Bar Lounge Les Barrière Restaurant that serves excellent food super love the Chair de Crab with Avocado, Salmon Algues, Tuna Burger, Ponton Beef Tartare, the Australian Chardonnay wine. We came back to the hotel by midnight and by walking, the area is so calm and safe.

Cons: Strange smell in the corridor when we you go out and when we open the door of the room, it goes inside the room I think the hallway carpet need to be change or it just because summer time it was so hot and humid everywhere.

Pros: Reception was excellent, we were a bit early but this was no problem. We had secure parking in a garage behind hotel which easily took our four large motorcycles. The rooms were spacious and clean and the shower / toilets clean and working order. Location very handy, 10 mins walk to submarine pens and the waterside bars / restaurants.

Cons: The hotel is not bright and airy like a modern chain hotel and maybe could benefit from a bit of modernising to the decor.

Cons: I paid for five nights for a room with free wifi. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working in my room, and when I went to talk with the receptionist, she told me that she could not do anything about it. I asked for another room where I could have wifi access, but once again, she could not help me and did not bothered to try anything to help me. I was on Holliday, but I needed the internet to sort some important work essues, and I had to rely on my mobile phone hotspot with a limited romming internet. Also, I was with my teenage daughter that wanted to enjoy her time online at evenings. If you need to use the Wifi, don't stay at this hotel. They do not make any effort to help you and do not care if you paid for this service or not. They dont have idea on how much they made my life difficult. I would not recommend this hotel at all. If I didnt need to use the interned I would rather spend my money on a nice sea front camping cabin. Also the decor is outdated and boring and the location is noisy.
